As per description: CM 690 III is a revolutionary update to the popular CM 690 II mid-towers. The exterior retains the curved metal mesh look the series is known for. The interior has been completely updated - the HDD/SSD combo cage can be switched between 3.5-inch or 2.5-inch drives by adjustable trays without any screw. There's enough room for a 240mm liquid cooling radiator at the top or front, 120mm in the rear and supports up to 9 fans, including 3 large 200mm fans for extreme airflow. And cleaning is hassle free thanks to the multiple dust filters at the bottom, top, and front. This is a vey good price with a free cpu cooler and is just a bit cheaper than a few previous one on purchase price alone.

Probably fair to point out the Seidon is an all in one solution like the H50's etc, rather than a 'kit' which, to me at least, implies a separate pump, rad and block. The 120 means it's a single RAD too - enough for day to day or mild overclocks but these single rad systems aren't quite good enough to cool a fast chip working hard, especially during the warmer months.

Great case. Not sure about the water cooling though.

Not into water cooling myself so if i went for this i'd just sell the water cooler which are going for about £30 on ebay.

I bought the seidon for £36 on Amazon and it keeps my fx 6300 in the 40's at 4.5GHz. It's also really quiet. I've seen a few people say it's loud and doesn't cool well, but I believe some of these people installed it incorrectly.

Good price op, I've seen benchmark reviews putting it about on par with the 212 evo. The evo is cheaper but less attractive, so I suppose it's personal preference.

I have purchased it this morning. I will be selling the water cooler

I have this case, its a dust magnet lol

Why am I so poor right now. Could do with this for my rig. The water cooler would be ideal too. It would keep things a whole lot more quiet than the current one.

Strange that on their own website this is actually slightly cheaper at £78.52 posted. Usually sellers do it slightly cheaper on ebay than their site

I got this last week on a similar deal from Ebuyer. I haven't used the cooler as already had the CoolerMaster 212 Evo fitted and i haven't read anything that makes me want to swap over.. yet.

My other case was the Cooler Master Haf 912+ and maybe its because the 690 has a window but this is slightly noisier, even after swapping over my Factual Silent fans to it. But this is nicer, a lot more discreet & smart, in my opinion, and has USB 3 on the top.

A good buy at a good price, thanks for sharing.

I'd rather get a fractal r4 for sub £60 via flubit and spend the rest on no decent air cooler. Will look better and cool better.
