Arctic liquid freezer 2 much better but shot up in price this week
I have this CPU cooler personally, sure it isn't the quietest but paired with my 2700 even when it is overclocked it's much quieter than a air cooler and it keeps it cool, so not really sure why you would need anything better unless your going for the very very top. Heat from me

I mean I have this but 120mm version for nearly a year and it’s been amazing, kept both 2700x and 3600 under 70C gaming load
Does this have the standard asetek circle pump head?

I doubt it since CM aren't asetek

Better temps and less noise once you adjust the fan RPM limits in bios. At default settings they get way too loud (over 2000 rpm).
