been at this price for a long, long time.

I bought this case at around the same price several months ago.

I'd recommend it. The screwless drive bays are nice, and the front of the case is made of a metal mesh which probably assists with cooling. PSU is fine, not too loud. Not modular unfortunately but it's decent.

it has been this price but it has gone up since. The weak pound means prices fluctuate quite abit.

Don't buy this! It's cheap crap!

And the one I got has a very flimsy on/off switch assembly which broke within a couple of months.

Despite them telling me they will send me a new one [switch assembly], nothing has been received for over a month now and they won't respond to email :x

Note that there is no UK location as you must deal with Netherlands.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I will NEVER anything branded Coolermaster again - cheap tat!

Should also have said that I paid £46 for mine from CCL

So not that great a deal anyway........

I bought one about 6 months ago and think its a great case with PSU for the Money, really pleased with it, built well screwless drive bays are very good and the front Mesh looks good and does cool the case very well.

I have to agree, i've been using this case over a year now, the button on the front went due to me messing around with it, other than that its a well built case, and for the money I recommend it to anyone:)

Just get an Antec 300 - its cheap, quality and cool

i too have one of these.... bearing in mind the psu is actually decent unlike the "ebuyer specials" this isnt a bad deal (still i paid ~£40 for mine 18ish months ago )

i think its a good price.

i also own a coolermaster cavalier which is also a good case, in short, i think they make good mid range pc cases.

Built a couple of PC's using these cases. Seemed ok for the money, I was quite shocked at how quiet they are for the price!

where can you get that with a good quality psu for
if you can i may be tempted, if you are comparing a psuless case then it isnt like for like as the psu is worth £20 at least.

edit... i do not get why people are advising that a psu/case combo which is almost 100% more expensive is better!.

surely you have to compare like for like?

Can this PSU run latest graphics cards?
Like the ati 4850 or 4870? (single, not crossfire)

Did go up to £59.99 for a bit but agreed has been like this for ages! Surprised it has got this hot.

Yeah but it does have excellent reviews by a lot of the people on ebuyer...maybe you have received a dodgy one or maybe people just review the case befor eit starts developing problems, i dont know! Still a great price for the case!

i personally would have no problem running a 4850 off it with say a core 2 duo, so long as you do not have loads of hard disks etc running on the system. (certainly i would be happier using that psu on the gear than on a cheapo 550w psu).

That being said, officially i suspect this may be a little under powered.

Great quality case, I bought one well over a year ago, at similar price, so this is a better price with the PSU included. You can't go wrong for your money.

LOL is al i can say ....

i have had my case 2 years now for my backup rig had 10+ fifferen mobos in it lloads of different hardware and no faults. the psu is rock solid for the ££ and i have run a 8800gtx and a q6600 happily of it so you got a iffy one tbh and dong go slagging CM they make very good hardware ...

People please read the reviews on the PSU:

hardwaresecrets.com/art…0/1

This deal is not bad however both the case and PSU is sub-standard, invest your money better - a good case will last you forever and a good PSU will give more protection of your electronic jewels.

Ive got this bundle. Its great but like some others have said, my power button broke. It works but its always stuck in at an angle

????

in conclusion on the review you posted this psu is the BEST one in its price bracket AND it has Over Power Protection so your "electronic jewels" are safe.

not everyone needs a 600W psu! costing £70.
---------------------------------------------
In summary, the only real flaw from this product considering its price range is its wrong label; this power supply should be sold as a 430 W unit. Nonetheless we think this is a good product for the average user that doesn’t need a lot of power and wants to save money.

When this was £30 it was a hot deal, but it isn't at this price.

What utter drivel.

Decent case and decent PSU for that price is a bargain. This is a good deal, had mine for about 8 months now, not a hint of bother. Runs most modern cards and unlike many combo deals the PSU has a decent rating and not simply 1000000000000W PSU that can't power a 486SX20.

Have to agree with the flimsy on/off switch, mine has done exactly the same. Snapped off after few months. Apart from that though the case seems ok.

Shop I work in sells this cases and PSU. It is good value for money, especially I like the PSU. Case looks very good, but the build quality is not so great (all you need to do is pull the front out and look at it from the other side - cheap plastic ) The new one have different switch, it is located on the right hand side rather than on the front, propably will last longer, I've seen at least three of the old type ones broken. Usually as emergency measure I get around it by connecting the reset switch instead.
The usb ports are also locaed on the right hand side, which is not so convinient in my opinion.
Anyway, even for £59.99 I would recommend this.

so if the button breaks there's no way to fix it?

exit75;5750467

so if the button breaks there's no way to fix it?

Nope, it is a 4 leg spider-like plastic construction, if one of the legs breaks thats it.

It's worth noting that the PSU that comes with the case is in fact a different revision than the one in the review there. It's PCAP3 I think (I got the same case but with the side window so it might be different in the standard one), I believe it has one big fan rather than 2 smaller and is slightly better (though it hasn't got the voltage switch for non 230 countries). The only major criticism for a case in this price range is that there's no side panel fan on the windowed model and the removable dust covers just slide out, I assumed the metal clips holding the dust covers would bend out and back in but they just snap off.
Probably just a rare bad one with the buttons breaking as mine seems really good quality, far be it from me to suggest the previous posters might be heavy handed but I have had no problems and I'm a 6"3 weight trainer and mma student.
Returning to whether it deserves to be up here as a deal, probably not as the price has fluctuated and this is more like the average price than a good one, although I believe it is a web exclusive to Ebuyer so good for people who aren't in the know. Though that being said would such people even bother to get a quality case rather than the cheap tat beginners go for. We've all done it!
Overall though it is a good deal just not a new one to those in the know and you would probably expect to pay close to £80 if bought separately, yes in the states you'd pay like 40 but Europe always get screwed.
