Even with delivery it's still much cheaper than anywhere else (next best is £115.51 @ SpecialTech). Ridiculous price for a Seasonic OEM 850w fully modular & gold PSU...
Cooler Master developed the V-series to re-ascertain its position as a leading power supply brand. It’s based on a powerful single rail platform with outstanding voltage stability, ripple suppression and efficiency.
Thanks to a 135mm high quality FDB fan and a fine-tuned fan profile, V-series PSUs are extremely quiet, even under full load. And our brand new all black, extra slim flat-ribbon cables make cable management a breeze, enabling nice and clean builds with the best possible airflow.

I agree £11 is a bit much for a PSU, but it's still quite a bit cheaper than anywhere else. After this promo price I assume the PSU will go up to around £110 + del.
Also Scan only do next day delivery and use DPD who are leagues above any other UK courier!
Would be rude to not order.. Thanks OP.
This will pay for itself as the years role on
add to basket directly from the today only page
do add basket straight form the today only page, not from the product details page
Can't really go wrong with this one: Seasonic based, fully modular, 5 year (!) warranty, 70A on a single 12V rail (I never liked multiple 12V rail PSUs myself), and around 80% efficient in standby / 90% under load which actually brings it into 80 Plus Platinum territory.
(well, slight lie - planning a new build soon anyway, this is a good start)

Yeah I realised this after ordering it. I thought they just bumped the price up. Still a good deal. Ordered from scan before, just never realised the todays offers were actually different to the direct links...
Cheers. Amended the title... although it's looking a little confusing atm!
Been placing ~ 8/10 orders every year with Scan, over the last 15 years. Have only ever had one issue (my fault), and they resolved it without hassle. So whilst your experience may be different, I would certainly not consider Scan to be a 'pants' retailer.
By the way, hot from me, and I'm buying one for a spare.
The fan is on all of the time On this psu, (different speed depending on load) It is one of the quieter PSU's though.
Better off with a Corsair RM 550 which only turns the fan on when the load reaches a certain point. Cost is more like £80 but there are deals on the 650W version as well for the same price at times.
If you can get the EVGA G2 for this money it'd edge it for me.
You can get a leadex 650w from ocuk for similar money. The 750w one also scored 9.7 on Johnnyguru (the internal build wasn't very pleasing although the performance is top notch regardless), I would think the 650w not far off. The g2 is a leadex unit I believe. But as the price suggest, you won't get a 850w leadex for this money!
G2 is Super Flower.
It all depends on when you get that generic "Cold, Scam" comment... if it's just after you post I find it tends to put the thread into a downward spiral as people forget about the deal and start arguing about Scan.
I just find it odd how these people who vote cold never explain the reason why they hate Scan. Makes me wonder if something went wrong a year+ into the warranty and they got mad because they couldn't get a full refund (FYI no retailer would which is why you go direct through the manufacturer!). Either that or they broke something while installing and expected Scan to take responsibility...
I've used them over 10 years and they've been excellent - only once in that time a next day delivery didn't turn up and that's because the item was OOS and the system hadn't updated. I've even ordered something 1 minute before the cut-off time, and 10 minutes later had a despatch text!
Returns have all been swift, RMA's received, tested and replaced in 3 days average - I even scratched the PCB on a £250 GPU and bricked it which they amazingly replaced!
The way I see it - if you know what you're doing with PC's and can save a few pounds at Scan... use them.... but If you don't then either pay a few pounds more for Scansure, or use Amazon who probably just look at returns to make sure they are still in the box and then refund...
This runs at like 18 dBA on idle - a whisper is around 20 dBa so it's extremely quiet...
Of course it is. Leadex is super flower you do know that?
They always lie and say silent when they really mean quiet.
What's wrong with the retailer?
I've used them a few times and never had a problem.
