    Never happens in my store. I guess it’s managers discretion but we never do it

    Yes i suppose i got lucky.Think it was a birds eye mixed veg wasnt available and they allowed me to have a co op mixed veg.

    I think it’s more down to the till than anything else. All deals are pre registered on the till. So someone would have to override the system and the stock count would be wrong. It’s not that we wouldn’t want to do it for people. Generally we get deliveries every day.
