I tried it today after my daughter told me about them & have to say I was very impressed for the price ( wish I stocked up now as it works just as well as the more expensive brands!! )

It goes on nice and cool and no residue or cream affect and leaves a slight sheen on the skin :-) x

wow good price. I take it its because of Chinese writing?

I bought one can because I wasn't sure about it, tried it loved it so went back for more and typically none left. Have been to shop 3 days running and no new stock so get it if you can

Coppertone make great sunscreen products, IMO. Bargain!

Ive been using this loads brilliant stuff! Use it on the kids and no burning etc so far and super quick to spray them and let them run off and play! Voted hot!

The Chinese one says No Lub Sun Scleen Splay though, that's how you tell, so I reckon this is genuine.

Just out of curiosity, how many of you have ordered a number 69 from a Chinese menu? What did you get? Last time I tried I was laughing to myself at the counter as I was ordering, juvenile I suppose, well evidently I am as evidenced by this post.

I've seen it with Japanese writing, earlier in the year.

True , have asked my daughter to get me some more , so hoping there are some left now! x

i always bring some back from the USA when i go as its so good! bargain!

Saw them in family bargains for about £1.99 last week which is still a bargain. I got the small 60ml bottles of coppertone milk in SPF 27 and 50 for 99p too which are handy to keep in bag for emergencies.

I picked up a bottle of this around April time. Went back for a second one in June the label has changed a bit but just as good. Wish I had bought 10 now but I only use 1.5 per year so no point as it's best to buy the new stuff each year.

Hmm its thunder & lightning now so not sure if we need this for the rest of this summer good price, I will look tomorrow and use it abroad later in the year. The price of this stuff in Europe is mad!

Bought it in USA for about £9 a can, great stuff. Found half a can the other week, 3 years old and worked fine. Plus bought a few from the 99p store, bargain

Is it tested on animals?

Damn, this stuff sounds great. i absolutely loathe rubbing in sun creams.

Typically though, no 99p store in York.

Is it tested on animals?

Sold in Newcastle so I reckon the answer's a massive YES.

Does it actually meet the legal requirements for suncream?

Yup , factor 30 UV cut spray , good brand , much more expensive everywhere else!!!

This stuff is fabulous BUT don't spray it near your whites...ie tshirt collars and cuffs.... It can react in the wash (particuarly hard water areas) and stain yellow on clothes!!!

My daughter popped in and got me 2 more today , don't want too many hanging around for too long as will mainly use for holidays and any freak British weather when we actually GET a summer like this year (_;)

Got some of the factor 4's before, really good stuff, amazing for the price

Good stuff, I spotted this too, and got a few cans, just bear in mind that it does smell VERY medicinal, and fairly strongly too (the smell does go away after a while, hopefully not after its sun shielding properties go bye-bye as well...

I would guess that's why it wasn't selling at whatever price they were pitching it and why it's been now bestowed on us po' folk.

Yep, Japanese.

Can you spray it on your face ?

The writing is definitely japanese i know because my husband is chinese and i see chinese writing every day

I love this brand. it's the beast i've ever bought. I bought the sport version is the states and its great stuff. its better than the name branded stuff here in the UK. Its fab. I have the factor 50 and it stops me burning. i've just bought the factor 30 so i can get a bit of a tan when i visit the states in 4 weeks. the pray is great and i can't recommend this product enough. i don't get a skin reaction and it doesn't mark my clothes and the twist cap prevents leaks in my case etc.

I'm tempted to buy loads of it when i get to Florida and bring back with me in my case!

yes, or at least i think you can spary it everywhere. i've sprayed it on my hands and then rubbed onto my face rather than spraying directly. I don't remember seeing anywhere that says you can't.
