I just had a quick look around and seems the racing wheel is being sold around £76ish in the UK. So works out around £15 for the Steel book version of Dirt 4. Bear in mind you are paying for P&P that is why the Dirt is not 100% free... Still £15 for it seems pretty good. Obviously the deal is decent if you need both! Dirt itself is £40+ in the UK.

Just add both Dirt 4 Steel book Edition and Hori RWA to your basket and head to checkout. The discount applies automatically.

So how good is the wheel?

Read the reviews on Amazon UK. 4.5 stars out of 17 reviews.

I bought the game the other day - and am considering a wheel. At this price I'd say go for it!
I'd highly recommend this box.co.uk/Thr…tml The key difference is the force feedback giving a totally different experience. Check out reviews on both before you decide. It's £115 so different price bracket but also different league.

What you've found would have been a good deal only if (1) it was in stock (2) was coming with a free copy of Dirt 4...

Bought the game on launch. Hated it.

It's grown on me now and I'm really enjoying it. It's a massive step down from DiRT Rally in my opinion (if not thankfully a lot easier) but the game does suffer in parts. They're nothing major, just silly things like the co-driver saying the same thing at the end of the race, the same thing he's said after the previous 5 races. I've only really been playing it off an on since launch and I've already glided through 57% of the rally stages, so I imagine it's quite a short game all in all.

Good game though, no idea about the wheel. But whilst we're on wheels, Coolshop have the Logitech G Saitek Farming Simulator Controller listed for £215. Awesome.

Didn't know they are making wheels for the lorry simulator games too. £215 seems like a bargain!

Sorry didn't spot it was out of stock £120 in game without having time to do a detailed search. I was merely trying to highlight the significant difference between a force feedback wheel and non. I spent a lot of time researching not wanting to spend more than I needed to and came to the conclusion the t150 was the best deal. A no force feedback wheel may turn into money down the drain.

I understand. But what I mean is this promotion is saving you £25 either way you look at it. Either you are getting Dirt for £14 or a RWA wheel (no force feedback) for £50. Of course if you add £70 on top of your budget you can get the wheel you are recommending or if you fork another £150 can buy the wheel Buzz is suggesting. I appreciate the post may have limited audience but this perfectly fits one who is looking to buy Dirt 4 to play with a wheel that is compatible with game and is not too fussed about the type of the wheel. Obviously the reviews on Amazon are pointing out although the wheel has a good built quality but it is a budget range wheel.

Damn I was pumped for this game. I get it on Sunday.

Easier is good, dirt rally was too frustrating for me.

I thought we the rally share feature this game would feel like a massive step up especially with all the other styles of racing in it

To OP - heat from me, I know the Mrs has got it for me else I would be tempted as never had a wheel before.

Don't get me wrong, it's a good game. I'm not really sure it's totally worth it's current price of £44, but if you like Rally, then you will like it. It's just not a very polished game. The graphics (on Xbox One) are extremely questionable on the rally stages, but that could be just me expecting too much

Take a look at the Steam reviews (mixed) they seem to be a good reflection of what to expect.

Don't get Buzz' word very seriously. He believed The Division was also a bad game. it's his norm to be hyped for a game before release and complain about it after. Righ Buzz?

The Division is a really bad game.

I don't think DiRT is a bad game. Like you say, I was hyped for it, and I still am. It's DiRT for Gods sake, how can I not be?

I'm just pointing out the issues from my opinion and experience with it. A lot of people expected a great leap forward because Codemasters had told them there would be, but I just don't see it in terms of the visuals and gameplay of DiRT Rally, despite spending most of my time rubbing up against trees.

It's a great game, not quite DiRT 3 great, but it's worth a purchase, just not yet.

See the issue is you've always told The Division is bad and I always said the Rainbow Six Siege is not as good. That how we could never be friends.

I have to say you are right, not sure why with the "Millions of rally track combinations" they promise on the cover, why the career mode appears so short... it almost puts me off playing it knowing itll be over so quickly.

Great choices of cars, good mix of styles and then a terrible uninspiring career mode... to me both Showdown and DiRT 3 seemed more advanced than this, especially the layout and design, even if both of those careers are similar size the layout made it seem better.

Shame because surely just beefing out the career mode with content already in the game and jazzing up the menu screens for the career mode would both be fairly simple. Maybe they will patch more in?

NBA playgrounds is doing a brilliant job of patching in tournaments and new players... others should follow suit.

Hey. Sorry, I totally missed this notification, or just didn't get it at all

How are you getting on with it now? I've dropped out a bit from it and gone back onto Six Siege for a bit. I'm just going to use it as a pick up and play title, so I can at least get the maximum enjoyment it can at least give me
