Same experience here, 3 weeks, 2 cancelled orders, the items went out of stock between me paying for the items (as they take the money 1st) and disappointment picking the order.

avoid the disappointment and go elsewhere, or pay the extra for next day delivery

There's been a good few SSD deals lately, all of them getting very close to the £1/GB area.. Let's hope SSDs keep getting cheaper cos they're amazing

Has anyone been using this SSD? Is it decent?

I don't think crescent actually keep any stock themselves, they are drop-shipping. That's my hunch anyway.

just the one I was looking for cheers op heat added

It's a very good SSD, maybe not the best around, but for this price well worth the money.

I have purchased from them with no problems. Must admit only once but delivery was in good time and product was fine. Have you hard more than one problem or was it just bad luck ?

Write is actually 180MB/s on this model, but most people shouldn't really care too much about write speeds anyway -

It's also worth noting this has a 3 year warranty, that sold me and I've ordered another one for my new Dell XPS 17 :D.

The reason this is so cheap is because this model is now 2 years old (well, the Samsung SSD it is based on [PB22-J] is 2 years old anyway), however I still have one in my gaming PC and it's still an impressive SSD.
My full boot time is 17 seconds from button press, and I could still tweak a few seconds off that if I really wanted to put the effort in.

In your experience. Cobblers in mine. Used 3 times. All fine. All super rapid. Had issues with a Cisco device (not Crescent fault) and they fell over themselves to help, calling me back etc etc. All good.

Can always find bad reviews, Amazon are rubbish a lot of the time too... if you've only used them once, how do you really know?

What? Crescent? Pay and enjoy them using your money until they decide 'xxx item is currently out of stock and we have been unable to source one for you'. You'll get your refund within 28+ working days.

Do pay by debit card, please. We need more of such merchants - encourage them any way you can.

HOT!
