Got aerocool dead silence in mine. 10.8db on the lowest setting. Crank them up higher and they aren't dead silence though.

Be quiet. Can be had for less than a tenner.

Noctuna
Talking of fans, my PC would sound like it was taking off when i turn it on, after about 5mins, its still going but a quick tap on the top of the PC and it usually goes quiet again, only it didn't today. Opened it up, cleaned everything, disconnected the top fan, only to find the rear fan is just as loud but does go quiet after a quick tap. Currently I only have the rear and one of the big cooler exo thingys on the CPU, you know the ones that make you feel like you're going to break the motherboard when you try to attach it.
I use my PC mostly for word, music, some netflix and few web pages. Will these two fans be enough, or should i look at replacing the Top and rear fans with something more quiet.

They're quiet cause they're slow. Much lower airflow than most fans.

If you’re not gaming, you probably don’t need auxiliary fans at all as you won’t be burning up power and generating lots of heat. What are your temps like? If you want to keep the fans, some basic Arctic Cooling cheapies should be fine as they have quiet hydro bearings and you can use a speed limiter cable or the motherboard to run them slower. If a tap fixes the old ones it sounds like a dodgy bearing.

Games wise probably just play Comannd and conquer, Overcooked, not the latest stuff really. Will prob get some fans eventually just nice to know I don't need to rush. Wouldn't have a clue how to get the temps

Try HWInfo and enable logging to get an idea how hot you run but it sounds like you’re not running too extreme to need tons of exhaust fans really.

Arctic Cooling are the best vfm.
The massive standard warranty is unbeatable, push/pull power is thought out,
they do hi grade bionix fans with huge warranty, never had a bad fan and fitted 25-40 of them.
F12 and F14 quiet/pwm are perfect replacements for all.
