Maplin are in administration, so they could go out of business any day and have discounted everything they've got left by "at least 10%" according to their website. Always a bit uncertain on buying stuff from somewhere that is shutting down incase you get a dud, but Corsair will cover the warranty on this so I don't think it's really a concern.

They've reduced the price of the Corsair Air 240 case in Black to £52.79 for in store/click and collect (and looks like quite a few stores in South East and London have stock from a quick look at local availability on the page)

The White version in comparison is £71.99 at Maplin currently.

Black version on Amazon £78.15, so over £25 saving with Maplin.
Pricespy says cheapest web price is ebuyer at £78.15, and CamelCamelCamel says cheapest Amazon have ever done is £59.99 around Black Friday 2017.

Lots of room in this case, however mine has a vibrational buzz that just won't shift due to loose venting mesh that can't be tightened. Might need to apply a few blobs of silicone sealant to thd interior if I can be bothered.
I think it's been this price at Maplin for some time, although stock is very sparse. I've been checking stock but there are not available near me. It's a shame as it would be a great replacement for a massive cooler master storm trooper.
Got this when it was first released and cost 3 times this 😁 great case with space for anything. I got mine because I had a really tall gpu, no problem in this case.

Try blobs of bluetack; I have been using this to cancel out buzzy noises in plastic grills since the last days of the MkIV Ford Cortina.

(Yes, Bluetack has really been around that long).
I personally think this is one of the best SFF cases around, if you can grab it at this price it's a steal.
Heated.

I disagree. It's an ugly mess compared to it's competition.
Ugh. I was going to build a media server out of old parts. If I buy this instead it starts the slippery slope of buying all new pc parts
I already own this case in white, only issue is where the hard drives are there is little to no cooling, so my HD were overheating. I installed an additional fan at the rear to address the issue. Overall a good case!

Corsair 240d is the better option IMO. This case is too big if you're wanting a small ITX build. Fine for mATX though.
Bad design for me as the the space is wasted by the vertical layout, limits the cpu fan to low options. Obviously I'm not telling you what to buy but at least take a look at the two cases listed below

If you are looking for an ITX build look at the ThermalTake Core V1 for packing the most into the space.

If an mATX take a look at the KoLink Santuary. I even got my Zotac 1080ti Amp Extreme in it (with a small hacksaw mod) and it sits in a very small space under my desk. The big benefit of both cases is the horizontal layout so my GPU does not sag.
I have a 4670k with a 240mm Corsair H100i in plus/pull config and a MSI 1080 SEAHAWK with 120mm AIO push fitted in one of these, plus 2 1tb barracuda drives in Striped Raid. Excellent for running my Oculus Rift or 4k tv.
Seems to have been pulled now, but maybe in store still as it was showing in stock at a few stores. I was slightly tempted but wouldn't reserve and pay online, as if it turns out not to be there when you go to pick it up good luck getting your money back!
Picked mine up today, they said they still had 2 in stock at the shop but the product had been pulled from the website - guess maybe a lot of visits from HUKD!

Seems it's still active, for anyone that is wanting one of these and has a Maplin near enough to try and not have wasted time if they've run out, but as the link is down I expired the deal yesterday.
