With a temperature controlled fan for low noise levels, long cables with tons of connectors for flexibility, and fully sleeved cables, the CX750 is a great choice at a great price. Compatible with 4th generation Intel® Core™ series processors

Ok psu, perfect for a standard build that may consist of multiple drives and gpu's like the gtx 600 series and also amd cards like the r9 270x - 280x. It comes from experience when i say putting this PSU under load with higher cards like the 770/780ti can cause coil whine off the GPU, it happened to me on three different cx 750w's and it made my end up buying a HX 750W.

Non modular
Awful build quality.

Could get an XFX ( Seasonic OEM) for little more than this. Avoid Corsair other than the AX series, unless you want your PSU to crap out and blow your components. In which case get a builder series.

I would advise against Corsair PSU. 5 year warranty....... in UK, you have to ship back to Holland for repair.

Single +12v rail but, have had 4 now and all blown or faulty within 24 months use.

Ditto I've got two dead corsairs in my garage. Damn you rebadged cwt garbage

My corsair tx650v2 is still going strong but it's a rebadged seasonic. Always look to see who makes the internals

Avoid Corsairs budget PSU's...

A side from the fact that their customer service is rubbish, forcing us to RMA products back to Holland in this day and age is ridiculous..

If they want to sell their products in the UK they should at the very least provide a UK based RMA/Repairs centre..
