I know it's only 2400MHz, but tight timings and an awesome price for 32GB of DDR4 RAM.

Been following it for a while to go in my Z170 6700k PC (my board can only push RAM to 2400Mhz) and hadn't seen it drop at all until now. A £125.88 discount!

3 left in stock.

Should be showing on the basket page under a heading called stock? Shows "2 in stock" for me now.

Did you want to buy 13 of them?

How so? I didn't see any glaring compatibility issues online when I looked?

Ryzen needs fast memory, preferably 3200 MHz. With Intel it doesn't make much difference.

This is only for the new Ryzens with the integrated cpu's my Ryzen 1600 runs fine with 2400 RAM

Even then you will still get around a 2% FPS increase by going to 3200MHz, I tested this with a 1700.

Not massive but still an increase and when I bought it the difference in price was minimal.

Thinking about it, I was wrong to say that Ryzen needs faster memory but it does help

Ryzen Zen is rated to 2,666MHz natively. Ryzen Zen+ does 2,933Mhz out the box.

Yes Ryzen does like higher speeds but it also delivers diminishing returns. 2,800Mhz is about the sweet spot for cost and performance on Zen. Zen+ no one knows.

I'm running a Ryzen 1700 on 16GB of Corsair's LPX 2400MHz CL16 sticks in a 4x4GB configuration, really looking for the capacity upgrade rather than a speed upgrade, although the CL10 timings of these sticks should provide a little boost to performance over what I have.

The Asrock board I used just required xmp enabled and it auto set the speed to 3200. I always took native to mean the maximum officially supported speed by the CPU manufacturer.

It is but that is technically an overclock that the board supports.

So will Ryzen+ support a higher OC if the memory permits?

Who knows. Maybe 3,600 men will work.
If it was 3200 or higher i would have had it lol.
I've just received mine, I'm a *very* happy customer, I got a set of Samsung B-Die ICs. I have them clocked to 3200MHz at CL16 rock solid just now, about to try lowering the timings.

Thanks OP! You've literally saved me a stack of cash.

Update: 3200MHz CL14 running absolutely fine.

Wow. Had no idea anything like that was possible with them!

It is truly luck of the draw with corsair RAM, however, because of the very tight timings of this particular set, it was likely going to be high quality Hynix or Samsung ICs
