What is tacky for you clearly isn't for everybody.

They're 16gb DIMMs, they aren't going to overclock anywhere near "decent" as opposed to single rank...
FYI this is used. Just in case you were tempted, the lifetime warranty may no longer apply due to this. There is one set of them.

18 months ago you would need to remortgage to buy these, amazing what you can get now.
Good price though, might download some later.

You're tacky... *he says, trying to start a playground brawl* ;-) These are beastly, great for heavy duty rendering and game development (god knows all those tools take up so much damn ram...)
Now sold..
I have similar RAM by the way, just have it lit one colour to match rest of system. You dont have to have it flashing in your face!

There are plenty of creative applications that will take as much RAM as you throw at them - photo and video editing to name two obvious ones. I'd rather the memory was taking the pressure than the hard drive.

The tack LEDs give you something to stare at while your video is exporting.

Alright Dr Evil, keep your hair on Oh wait a minute.....
I use a big chunk of my RAM for RAMdrives. They store, among other things, temp folders and browser caches. Loads quicker than HDD and saves wear on an SSD with constant read/write.
