Adata is really good. Personally I would pick that over the Corsair.

The Adata has better sustained read / write performance which leads to faster data transfer and better random read / writes which is important when doing things like gaming or even using chrome as that does plenty of random read / writes.

My Corsair went through a 60min wash cycle @ 40°C

No issues whatsoever

Oh wow, didnt expect that, i'm going to go for the Corsair then as i would like to keep it for a while without it giving up on me, i'm only upgrading from a SATA SSD, so i'm sure i'll still be very impressed with the speeds.

Think the Adata is actually 640 and the corsair around 1700

That's the 1TB version I think. This is the 480-510
The endurance specs for the MP510 480GB are:
800 TBW (Terabytes written)
1,800,000 MTBF (Mean time between failures)

Specs for the ADATA XPG SX8200 Pro 512GB are:
320 TBW (Terabytes written)
2,000,000 MTBF (Mean time between failures)
