This suckz, i just got the one with mx speed switches when they lowered the price from 135 to 110. Don't mind the mx speed or mx red switches, the only difference i can tell is 0.2mm travel, so negligible if you ask me.

Definitely a hot price for, in my opinion, one of the best keyboards on the market.

Is it worth sending mine back or even possible if i have already unpacked it? Probably not i guess...

If you purchased from Amazon then yes.
This looks great but can’t justify buying new keyboard when old one is working perfectly.

thanks, good to know. I did from Amazon as i mentioned they reduced the price last week already from 135 to 110. Wouldn't mind saving 20 more on it
Wait ages for a price drop and nothing happens. Buy an alternative, and then the price drops on what you really wanted. Great price for this keyboard. This is the lowest it's ever been.

When was the last time your keyboard stop working Just do it
I have the Mk1 K70. It’s a great keyboard but like all of these popular brand keyboards (Corsair, Logitech, Razer, etc) they aren’t the best at this price point.

A number of reasons why... Cherry switches were once regarded as the best, now there are many “clones” which arguably perform better. Corsair’s software is a little clumsy to use and the build quality is not the best (though the aluminium case is nice).

Note that Corsair boards use an unusual key layout - the bottom row has a 6.5u spacebar. You will be unable to change the key caps to an alternative set, which may or may not matter to you.

If you’re looking at spending £100 on a keyboard, I’d shop around - try Ducky, Leopold, Massdrop, to name a few.

Also it’s worth trying different switches out before settling on one. Red switches are an acquired taste.

Voting hot because this is a good price given the RRP but I do think it pays to look elsewhere before deciding.
I have the corsair strafe rgb with mx silent keys. Just bought my 2 sons a ducky one 2 mini each and they are superb. None of the keys have any play in them I'm actually going to buy one for myself I'm that impressed.
Great deal thanks.

The only two issues I see with this board are that it uses a USB 2 passthrough still. And the wrist rest is weak and flimsy for it's price range. If those don't bother you then it's a great deal.

I have seen very little people using the wrist rest. Overall the ones included in the keyboard are not too ergonomic or good anyway, so if anyone is after the wrist rest they would probably by now own a proper 3rd party one.
I myself do not use the K70 one or any other one, 30mm XL mousepad does the job.
Just received mine, it's so nice. Think I prefer the low profile keys to the normal ones on my MK.2 se. Although the se looks a bit brighter on the white keys and silver backplate. Still the lighting is very vibrant on this too.

Got mine today and its amazing
I'll be getting mine later today also. Using the MK1 K70 at the moment with red switches. Still works fine and is a great keyboard. But wanted something with a lower profile.
