Vengeance LPX memory is designed for high-performance overclocking. The heat spreader is made of pure aluminium for faster heat dissipation, and the eight-layer PCB helps manage heat and provides superior overclocking headroom. Each IC is individually screened for performance potential. The DDR4 form factor is optimized for the latest Intel X99 Series motherboards and offers higher frequencies, greater bandwidth, and lower power consumption than DDR3 modules. Vengeance LPX DDR4 modules are compatibility-tested across X99 Series motherboards for reliably fast performance. There's XMP 2.0 support for trouble-free automatic overclocking. And, they're available in multiple colours to match your motherboard, your components, or just your style.

But I just received mine :c
NOOO I just bought 3000mhz for this price last week
Great to see ram at much better prices. I paid more than triple for my 3866 last year!

Try overclocking it to 3200MHz
Just bought for £80 from amazon a couple days ago and kicking myself, ah well.

Does anyone know if OCing this to 3600mhz is doable for the Ryzen 3000's? Or that going to largely be MB dependant? Building with an MSI B450 Gaming Pro Carbon AC.

Nothing much to do with the MB below very high frequencies, more the IMC on the CPU, and the quakity of the IC's on the RAM modules.

I've got some Patriot 32GB (2x 16GB) 2666Mhz running at 3466MHz C16 on the same board, just busy going through memtest, though it will probably be dropped to 3200 C14/15 for better latency rather than the higher bandwidth.

Cheers for the response, wasn't even aware you could drop down the latency rather than just OC the mhz. Never really tinkered with ram before, only some basic CPU/GPU overclocking.
Will have to see some benchmarks to see if it's worth it in the first place for gaming, going to be running with an R5 3600.
