Brexit is slightly responsible, but it's moreso (alleged) corporate collusion, and increased need from smartphone manufacturers for DDR4 RAM supplies. RAM prices have risen dramatically everywhere, not just the UK.

Still, in the grand scheme of things this deal is quite well priced.

You'd wish UK was the only one effected.
Look at Germany prices inflating every day more and more, alongside most EU countries. Even US prices are inflating.

Got some of this for my new ryzen build. Got it running at full 3200 with absolutely no problems. Very good ram at a very good price considering. Hot from me 🤘

It's got nothing to do with Brexit. The priced are the same the world over more or less. The high prices are a result of shortages caused by factory upgrades.

Good deal for ram currently but the prices are out of hand, seriously, I paid £55 for 16gb of them sticks over a year ago. This is just criminal.

Have some heat!

I have these sticks already however they’re 3000mhz, will they run together alright?

Isn't there an issue with the chips from updated factory's not playing well with pc, but fine in new gen phones. Making last of the big chip fabs to upgrade best but expensive option for pc and Mac.

Feeling it my self, just upgraded to coffee lake and the 32Gb DDR4 was almost exactly double what I paid for 32Gb of DDR3, about a year or two ago.

Gotta blame Brexit for all the UK's problems.... Nothing to do with supply/demand or just general corporate greed, no sir.

Clearly you understand neither RAM pricing or brexit.

Most of these chips are made in countries which use the dollar. The pound took a huge tumble against the dollar after brexit.

For those who say brexit has nothing to do with it are just wrong. The devaluation has contributed to but isn't wholly responsible for the prices of ram and ssd
