Yes, I've been in contact with Hearst and they said they'd reorder the gift and to allow 28 days for delivery. This time is up and after recontacting them, I'm awaiting their investigation. I've told them I want a full refund if they can't fulfill the order. I don't rate the magazine anyway!

I phoned a month ago and they said they would resend the gift. Having waited until today I rang them again and said I wasn't happy that the gift has been sent twice and I haven't received it . Strange that I've not had mail problems with other companies.

I also recommended the offer to my son-in-law and he is in the same situation.

I'm still waiting for mine. I called them again today, this is the 4th call, they said they would call me back when they have invested. I've threatened them with trading standards
