These modern apartments come with a great poolside restaurant and a beach just down the road. These family-run apartments get top marks for friendliness. The owner, George, and his family keep everything in tip-top shape, from the open-sided restaurant to the big pool. And the Greek nights are good fun, too. You’ll find the complex just outside the village of Lothiarika, near Lardos. Set against rugged hills and fields, it’s in a peaceful spot with a shingle beach 5 minutes’ walk away.

Pools
Days here are all about the pool. It’s a good size, with a corner cordoned off for toddlers. Plus it comes with great views of the surrounding hills.

Food & Drink
When it comes to food, poolside is the place to be. Overlooking the water is an open-sided bar that doubles as the restaurant. It serves breakfasts and a long menu of Greek, Italian and English dishes all day.

Entertainment
There's a good line-up of evening entertainment, with karaoke and barbecue nights. But the highlight has to be the weekly Greek night, when staff and guests dance to traditional music.

Sports & Activities
There’s a pool table in the bar.

Facility Summary
The pool is the centre of attention at these self-catering apartments. It curves around an open-sided bar-come-restaurant that serves English and Mediterranean bites. And there’s a separate section for children, too. In the evenings, you can expect a lively line-up of entertainment, from karaoke to Greek dancing.

Hi Sandy, I am looking to go in August to Turkey , it’s quite expensive but am I better waiting nearer the time to find a deal?! Thankyou x

    1. Says Birmingham - but also says East Midlands?

    2. Simon Calder said that (apart from Spain) the tour companies have jacked prices up by about 40% this year, so he said it's definitely better to book later this year (apart from Spain). We start looking about a month before we go. HotUKdeals is ideal for finding last minute holiday deals, such as this one

can I ask your advice? Trying to find somewhere nice for mid july. Kids break up early - 6th, so wanting to use those first 2 weeks & anything decent is looking like £5-7k for the 4 of us. Unfortunately we got used to the ultra-all inclusive offerings in mexico (Excellence pre kids, Finest Resorts since).
Cannot find a decent AI (the kind where everything is free and food is A la Carte not buffet). Even looking at less common places like bulgaria & croatia it's still obscene money. Any suggestions?! Young kids so kids club a must. Wondering if the Sensatori Blue resorts would cut it? Their Egypt offering isn't bad money wise.

Have you tried Labranda Resorts and we went to one on Rhodes and the kids seemed to be having a great time and that's all inclusive .
