This deal is expired. Here are some options that might interest you:

Costa have recently introduced there own nespresso pods, this post is more because there has been lots of hope that Costa would release there own pods for nespresso and have done so this week. Pods are only £3 for 10 drinks which is overall cheaper than buying a single drink from Costa themselves. I’ve only seen these in Costa stores and not online.

I’m not wanting to vote either way on these. Good spot OP! But when the price is pretty much Nespresso price, I think id personally stick with OEM or the L’or/Starbucks caps when they drop to £2 at Asda
Fab!!! wish they would make them for the dolce gusto

I saw some at my local so some stores do have them
Plastic pods in my experience aren't very compatible and for 3.00 would just get actual nespresso capsules that way your guaranteed they will work.

for Dolce Gusto?

Yes I’ve got a dolce gusto as well and noticed the pods at my local Walthamstow
How many different versions are available, and can anyone comment on if they are actually any good

There was only one flavour in my local and have not tasted yet so can’t comment. They are made out of plastic but do have an aluminium bottom so expect them to work fairly well.

That's great will look a
in my local store 😁
Based on every Costa I've been to, these are empty.
Their coffee tastes of dishwater.

The only issues I've ever had are with cafe pod capsules which always block my machine.

Aldi do some good ones, under £2 for 10. Lidl also aren't bad for the price.

Totally agree with you Chrisi. Personally I love the Cafepod capsules and they go as low as £2 too.
Just tried the espresso 8 strength costa pod and nespresso is better. Won’t buy these again, they are somewhere between your Lidl’s and the real deal but for the price level it’s not worth compromising the nespresso qualit
I’d buy these over nespresso anytime, they actually taste like costa signature blend and are cheaper than nespresso

Cafepod are £1.49 in Poundstretcher.
Just bought and tried the espresso 8 strength and I’d agree with cov4theprem would never buy again

not nice at all in fact I didn’t even finish the cup I made seems like a really cheap money grab by Costa even the pod is made of plastic and doesn’t work well in the machine
I bought these recently and the first cup was really disappointing.i tried 4 more over the last few days and Ive
had enough.
i threw the remaining 5 in the bin.
no way they can be associated with espresso or coffee in fact they just taste like warm creamy water!!
says on the box add milk if required,
that would just weaken the taste to nothing.
worst Nespresso compatible pod ever.
wast of money.someone at Costa Coffee should try one to see what I mean
Can you please share you though on which one is best . Nespresso or Espresso?

Sorry, I believe you have mixed up the two words. Nespresso is the machine which creates the espresso drink. However, personally I would recommend you buy lungo pods for your Nespresso machine for a full drink like a latte as it often requires multiple pods or just the espresso pods if you only like espresso. However, it Depends on personal taste , with a new Nespresso machine it often gives multiple to try.
