They really are fantastic. Husband has one and I've been looking for one myself. I wore his once when it was VERY cold and windy and well, it was just fantastic.

Don't know about mens but find need to go up a size in ladies ( 3 in 1 jackets)

Yes I read in some reviews that they can be on the small side so ordered a large instead of medium. hopefully that will be OK.

Code 40BLC works on everything on the Craghoppers site.Just got £90 jacket for £54.great buy and it has a lifetime warranty.

Any idea how warm this is? Have been using my italian Benetton bomber with down for years , so warm but bulky and it has lost the majority of its "filling" so have been looking for a replacement for a while.

Had 2 of these in various colours for the last couple of years. Great jacket, we're light but also VERY warm for such a lightweight coat. My advice is order a size up, I wear Large but need XL in Craghoppers clothing.

Wash with NikWax wash in proofer to make it repel water even better.

In my experience these are very good at keeping you warm.

Thanks, can I also ask how breathable they are? Hate jackets that feel like a plaatic bag.

I wouldn't say they are overly breathable in my own experience. Fine with a long sleeve shirt or jumper etc underneath, but can get a little "tacky" trying to take it off if you get a sweat on in just a t-shirt underneath due to the type of material used in the inner lining.

Mmmh thanks, in this case I'll think about it a bit more, don't want to arrive at work with a wet shirt. If only the black down jacket still had size M left

I'd ordered this through Craghoppers with the discount code yesterday, but got an email saying they needed me to call to verify my shipping information.

I called this morning and they asked for my employee number. I didn't have one, and they said I couldn't get it at this price. They offered to sell me the jacket at full price, but I cancelled and ordered from Debenhams.

Thanks OP!
