It's a copy of one released years ago I forget its name and its actually pretty good for crunches. I never used if for anything else so I'd assume this would be good aswell

There's areason why this never sold out online, its tat. Unless you are very frail don't bother. Save you rmoney.

I get offered these to test / review all the time and they are rubbish. More resistance in a toilet plunger

Got one last year, didnt find it very good, sent it back about a week later, that was the wondercore but this looks the same

Voted cold for being useless item, buy some dumbells or kettle bells if you want to do anything.
