Touch Arcade Review

Every time I open the game to check something really quickly for this review, I end up playing it for another hour. It's the most enjoyment I've had with any crafting game, and is honestly one of the best games I've played on iOS. It's exceptionally rare for a game that has both open world emergent gameplay and a linear main quest to not drop the ball on one of those things or the other, but Crashlands nails it on all counts. Consider this one an absolute essential.

Heat from me iv not played this game but have read reviews and the ratings given by the reviewers are very high.. From what I remember it's 4.8/5☆''s HEAT

Good deal. Personally I didn't get into it - I really wanted to enjoy it, I'm a big fan of Quadropus Rampage which they made, and the build-up made Crashlands sound amazing, probably the first Android game I've followed the development of. I just didn't like it much though, I can't really put my finger on it, it felt a little tedious and annoying to control, couldn't get going. Still lots of other people love it and it's a good price.

Is this getting an Android sale too? Was really close to buying this last week. Not sure why the cold votes.

Edit - hooray it's on sale on android but slightly more for 1.99

I guess most mobile gamers are only interested if it has the word FREE in the deal. Shame, they are missing out on one of the best mobile games this year.

I'm guessing there are too many people voting for the wrong reasons. Like seeing iOS and voting cold because "reasons" instead of if this is a good deal.

1) is this a scam?
2) is this a higher than usual price?
3) is this always cheaper in sales?
4) is my only concern none of the above?

If the answer is all no then this should be a hot deal. If you answer yes to 4 then you are the part of the reason this site doesn't work as intended and have added zero value to being here.

If it was a scam or cheaper elsewhere or usually cheaper then I'm sure it would be pointed out instead of anonymous cold votes only

£1.99 on Android but 10% off with the free 4 month Google music so got for £1.79.

I bought this a while back for more and really enjoyed it. The humour is genuinly funny and the gameplay good. Solid crafting/resouce game but with none of the faff due to the inventory being infinate and auto sorting istself.
Also worth noting you can cary saves over to the Steam version aswell.

Really enjoyed this game hot from me

Exactly. This is TouchArcade and Gamezebo's Game of 2016, and it's the first time it's been on sale. "Capricious" is a good word I've heard used to describe the HUKD community.

And if you need further evidence of that, check out the same deal going hot over here, even though it's a duplicate and has the wrong (i.e. a higher) price on it for iOS:

I saw it, I was going to suggest including the android in this post as they did the same but I dunno, probably too late. It's a shame and upsetting to see stuff like this in a way.

Tried it for an hour, pretty boring, refunded.

Love Plays refund policy

Things HUKD members like:

1. A wild goose chase for a one-store deal at Asda. Almost guaranteed four-figure heat. What's the point if there's one copy in the entire country?
2. Cheap second-hand stuff that they can sell to CEX for £1 more than they bought it for.
3. Anything on Google Play that's less than £1, seemingly.
4. Voting for nostalgia purposes. See the Crash Bandicoot Remaster and Tomb Raider for Android. In the latter case, people were literally saying they'd bought and voted hot but had not intention of playing it as the controls would be terrible. What the f...?
5. Paying more for UK digital content than US/Canadian.
6. Moaning about the free games on PS Plus.

On the plus side, there's a small group of people who seem to like geeky/weird Japanese stuff on the PS Vita
