Think co-op is 2 for £3, I don't recall their single price though.
Cravendale lasts a lot longer than regular milk before someone comments along the lines of '4 pints for 89p in Aldi'.

By a lot I mean I've had a 2 litre carton still smelling fresh 12 days after I opened it - before the milk ran out. I've never had to throw Cravendale away. Ever!
is there actually any difference in taste between this and the regular supermarket milk

Yup, has been for some time. And with nus it works out at 2 for £2.70 which is pretty decent.

Yes, cravendale tastes much nicer and stays fresher for much longer too. Semi cravendale is my favourite drink, I'm like Leon in my office.
One of the best mass produced milk (milks? Probably milk brands is more accurate) out there.

yes it has had the yuk removed that is included free with all regular non filtered milk
this is not very nice to read but cows are forced to produce around 22 litres of milk every day which results in them suffering from nasty things.

I try so hard to budget other items to get this milk now because I have noticed for a while that usual milk tastes very watery and its not fair for our dairy animals to overproduce all their miserable short lives. This milk tastes so much cleaner and you cant normally get it under £3.00 for 2 so this price is super hot

Ah Cravendale is delicious, lasts for ages and doesn't have that warm scummy aftertaste on the roof of the mouth that supermarket milk has AKA rats milk

Nothing special about this as Asda's own brand filtered milk is exactly the same, lasts just as long as is always £1.25 and for last few weeks has been 2 for £2 which beats Cravendale hands down

But if people want to waste money.........

Well asda's fresher for longer milk is produced by Arla so it will be more or less the same (my cousin works at Arla's Stourton dairy).....
cravendale is 75p for 2litres at my local Fultons frozen food (scunthorpe)
Aldis own version is 99p
Lovely milk, tastes clean and if you buy a bottle before you go on holiday you can have a brew when you get back
