Voted hot as cheapest i've seen it recently for Cravendale milk.

Be prepared though for those people saying they can get milk cheaper at farmfoods etc when it's not the same milk. This is the filtered milk that has an official "use for 7 days after opening" quality, not the standard "use within 3 days" that normal milk will say if you check.

Cravendale is handy for me as i'm only at my flat for 3 days out of 7 spread through the week, so I need milk that will last

I stocked up yesterday when I was in Sainsburys it was dated use by 20 Apr so I stocked up for 3 weeks and don't need to go to an expensive supermarket for ages (I'm an Aldi & Lidl shopper and they dont do cheap skimmed milk). i have previously used this upto 1 week after use by date and it has been fine as well.

if you have a farmfoods nearby you can get the two 2l milk for just £1.5

I know you can get other milk for 2p a gallon (or similar!) but I love this milk it is yummy so to be honest i dont mind paying extra for it. Also somehow it makes the cat fall into a wonderful deep sleep so she doesnt try to get in bed and decide to attack imaginary mice and leap all over me at 3am. All round goodness, many thumbs up from me and Marge the cat

If you have an Iceland nearby you can get 4 pints (2.27Ltr) for £1. I don't think the cows they use are any different from Cravendale's, 4 legs, eyes, udders and all that. Infact an old bull told me they are much better looking!

Clearly my oral skills and taste buds are more astute than yours :whistling:

Everytime Cravendale is posted more than one person goes on about budget milk at Iceland, Farmfoods e.t.c. Cleary they don't understand use by and sell by dates and the process involved. Is this poor advertising by Cravendale or just numpties?

also vouchers been delivered for money off and therefore these are available on ebay.

LOL comment 3!

To be honest if i had the fridge space id get around 10 bottles! (@ £1.25 each you cant go wrong!!)
They last long enough (no waste) and taste excellent
Im sure someone will disagree and say all milk comes from a cow and tastes the same!!

Hot price for Cravendale. Could never go back to 'unfiltered' milk now.

Perfect, just what I wanted! Cravendale tastes much better than other milk, but milk is great either way! Lol

Morrisons are doing the same deal on cravendale I think (now I say it i'm thinking it could be 2 for £3 but that could be their own 4pint milk). Anyway worth a look if you shop here

Yeah i have my cheese filtered now also and this lasts upto 2 years.

What next milk that has been filtered using Pro-udder nano technology. You could sell that for at least £3 for 4 pints.

Farm Food 2 for £1.50 for me and yes it simply came from a cow as nature intended!

Interesting  You think nature intended us to drink the milk of other animals then? Surely nature intended the calf to drink it :whistling:

Cravendale has a cleaner fresher taste and lasts much longer. Great deal except I dont want that much milk.

Just to add to the debate, Cravendale costs more because it is filtered. It's filtered in a filter so fine that it filters out the bacteria in the milk, this is why it lasts longer and tastes fresher. I've tried other milk and I can taste the bacteria in it and I don't like it, I think it is well worth the extra money to have milk with very little bacteria in and not heat treated at very high temperatures which also gives the milk an odd flavour.

Great deal.
My kids can drink a 4 pint bottle in a day then not touch it for the next 4 days so long lasting milk is perfect for me as I don't have to guess if they will use it or not.
All the advantages of that awful sterilised milk my Nan used to get without the plastic taste but most people are probably too young to remember that

If you want to stock up on milk you can freeze it you know.

Cold from me.

You can get it free if you go to a field of cows. I've got to say though some cows are harder to milk than others. For example there is is this one cow near me that stays in a field on its own and only has one udder. It takes a really long time to get it going before anything comes out but if you keep rubbing for long enough once it starts it seems like it'll never stop!:whistling:

Juicy Jackie I submit! With an outfit like your picture and talk of being leapt on in bed at 3 am in the morning unless you administer Cravendale, your oral skills obviously far out weigh mine!
