Amazon have been running really good deals every day on 3d Printers, e.g. They had the Ender 5 for £240 2 days ago. Something to be aware of as they are likely to run a deal on one version of the ender 3 at some point.
I have no idea when to bite and on which model lately hah.
I was convinced ibwas getting a 3 pro but now wondering if stumping for a 5 is ideal. It would be my first printer too.

Heat added
I got a normal ender 3 and served me well so far no issues at all

Had the ender 3 upgraded to a piece of mirror glass and hairspray for the bed and it was superb just remember to binge watch videos on YouTube so your aware of setup issues

Yeah I heard glass bed was the first upgrade and a few other little pieces so make things run smoother.
My fat ass legit thought this was some sort of 'cheese machine' when I first saw the thumbnail
Can you makeanything useful with one of those? I only see pictures of plastic rubbish that the envirnoment doesnt need.
is this any good compared to other cheaper versions on amazon?

Pla filament is biodegradable.
This is a super hot price. I bought the Ender 3 (non-pro) in October for just under £200 and that was a steal!

Spare parts, things to solve practical problems around the house, accessibility aids, tools, etc. For the most part, you can print things in PLA which is both derived from renewable sources (generally corn starch or sugar cane) and biodegradable.

For example, I just finished printing this an hour ago: twitter.com/ard…136
I made this one last week: twitter.com/ard…995
At the time of writing this, I'm 1h into printing a replacement case for my phone which reached its end of life at the weekend.

The only limit is your own imagination and the openness of your mind - you are in control of both of those!
