AWFUL dont do it.

worth a punt for a fiver... of a gift for someone lol

Make me

To bad it's 40 miles away from me, but have some heat

"Decent quality... IN-store only (I think)"

They only have decent quality when you wear them in-store? o.O

In B4 the only pair of 'beats' headphones worth their money

I bought this last year, it is rubbish do not waste your money!!

In the last couple of days there was another listing on here for wireless headphones & so many people said that they were the same as these at Home Bargains & that they were dreadful - even for a fiver. Apparently not stereo either. I had been tempted until so many people gave really bad feedback.

My set on fire!! Do not buy.
Batteries got really hot and set on fire

These are rubbish, ours lasted 5 secs before they were binned!

A guy at work came in with these. Incredibly bad. Not even worth a fiver.

I'm guessing these aren't the actual 'Creative' brand?

Bought for brother stocking filler looks the part

Indeed these have nothing to do with Creative Labs, who were the biggest name in PC audio at one time. I have to vote cold as these are such poor quality as to not be worth anything.

I've actually bought a pair as I saw these at my local Home Bargains in Waltham Abbey. I took the punt and Surprisingly.....they are not that bad!!!

Sound quality is about 5.5/10 (Not great but average when in close range, so pretty listenable)
Build quality 5/10 (very light, generally cheap plastic)
Comfort 5/10 (Foam ear pads, generally not uncomfortable)
Range (3.5/10 (Loses quality fairly quickly when in another room, crackles like a radio)

Overall 5/10 (Not bad for a £5.00, what can you expect.....ok for listening to something if you are in the same room, they generally do the purpose for a cheap set of wireless headphones.)

It also comes with no AAA batterys so you'll need 4 of these...or it does have an outlet for a 12v DC connector, so if you have one hanging around then you could plug the transmitter into that for possibly better sound reception.

Dead link can't find them on HB page, even in the search.

Most things get hot when you burn them.

Same here I was looking for a pir to use in the bedroom but after so many negative reviews I took the advice and didn't bother, suppose that's what the advice is for

Wireless headphones have been around for a long time, but why are there not more? Why, in a wireless digital age, do we still use corded headphones, when the basic technology for wireless audio has existed for so long?

Thanks

I posted these ages ago and they got to -11° (_;)

Damn. I accidentally voted hot.

Because wireless headphones need power (batteries).

Edit: Also, high quality digital wireless audio is pretty recent. If you're a bit of an audiophile you'd want aptX Bluetooth audio, which is really recent. So, generally the audio quality of typical wireless connections isn't as good either.

It's an abomination that this deal is so hot. It must be because people think they are made by Creative Labs. It must be. They do seem somewhat dangerous.

Everyone's saying there crap but what do you expect for a fiver ?!!!

Kind of hilarious that headphones can be so prone to setting on fire. Reminds me of the bra in IT Crowd, haha
