Much as I don't like to diss Deals, this was a bad experience for me.

I read all the comments saying these fail at the pivot point after a while, but I am super-careful with my headphones (I have quite a few, mostly wired) and take good care of mine. They're either on a makeshift headphone stand I have, or on my head.

Sure enough, a few months in, just taking them off my head, the left side broke.

Got in touch with Creative and they gave me the runaround via email - TL;DR: they refused to help. In fact they had the cheek to imply because I'd paid so little for them (regardless of them being bought brand new, only a few months old, and me submitting proof of purchase) that I wasn't eligible for any support!

The headphones are great, but you are definitely getting what you pay for. I have headphones that are YEARS old and still in good nick.

I elaborated on the whole sorry saga here (not that interesting, but not really worth the effort, for them or me, for sub-£15 headphones).

These are very fragile, do not be surprised to have the left earpiece to fall off. Do not expect Creative to give a f*ck either, they won't. Glad I bought mine from Amazon who gave me a refund.

Posted this and then noted the comment from Louselouise, seems my experience is probably the norm.

My brother-in-law wore his to the gym a few times (I bought two pairs originally) and his lasted about a fortnight!
The only good thing out of the sorry affair was that my wonderful daughter was so sad to see my bluetooth headphones consigned to the bin after about 2 weeks use, she bought me a pair of Bose headphones to replace them.

OP is branching out... good luck

These sound great for the money, and the range is really good. But unfortunately I was another one that suffered the pivot point failing. I fixed it by unscrewing the tiny cover and filling it up with epoxy resin, which has held quite well, but not ideal.

I think a "How To Mend Your WP380" discussion thread is needed. Boyf tried mending mine with epoxy resin and eventually gave up.
Same here. Wasted money...

I tried to fix mine with some gorilla glue, but I applied the glue and used a couple of clamps to hold them how I wanted them and one of the clamps slowly slipped and they ended up glued into a totally unusable position.

I had some joy with epoxy, but snapped again after a few months

I've had this headset for years without issues - it will break now I've said that of course. I'd buy again in a heartbeat and I paid a lot more than this.
Thanks Op
Got headphones for £8.17 with pop up 5pounds voucher. Hot

Here is the picture I sent to creative. That was when they decided to not respond any further.
