These are great earbuds. They used to sell for upto £30 at one time which makes them a great bargain now. They have different sized rubber bits which make them fit different sized ears.
They sound good too, and even the bass sounds good on them.
Be wary of buying them from unofficial sources tough as there are fakes out there - stick to Amazon etc.

Total price should always include delivery charges(in this case not), otherwise excellent headphones.

yep poor deal once P+P added

before people start going crazy and voting cold.. this item has free delivery on orders over £15... i think that is what should be put in the title....

voted hot

Remember if you bought it less than a month ago at a higher price you can get the extra price refunded.

not as good as sennheiser cx300s which are only £19.99 (and go down as far as £12.99). I'd wait for the price drop and buy those instead.

I thought these were re-branded cx300s?

And as for the guy who called these a poor deal just because P+P is like 2 quid extra, these are VERY good headphones for the price, they beat the **** out of some £40+ ones.

They are the re-branded cx300 !! I have a set and they were a great purchase. I must get an adapter for my iphone , then I can use these babies:whistling:

From what I can see, they are made to an almost identical design by some chinese OEM, but use slightly lower quality transducers, so they won't be quite as good as the sennheisers. Still seems a good deal though

Maybe, don't forget these companies have a grading system in place: premium, gold, silver, bronze, value levels of quality. The better ones goes to expensive items and the lower quality goes into what you called re-branded so the lower quality does not ruin their brand image. It is the same analogy as cuts of meat from a pig. The price per pound of pork varies from 50p to £5 depending on what quality even though it comes from the same pig!:whistling: Likewise you can say Tesco value baked beans is a re-branded Tesco premium baked beans. It does not make sense unless they are identical! What normally happens with these electronics is that there are two grades of workers too on the production line. Some are more skilled and paid more money and some are less skills. For example the materials used may be cheaper, normal copper wire instead of oxygen free copper. The solder used may be the cheaper...blah blagh. A lot of rejects from the main production line end up as unbranded or debranded items.

Do you remember that era of Japanese cars assembled in Britain? Everyone wanted to buy the ones actually made in Japan rather than the ones made in UK! Likewise there is a lot of claims of LCD TVs made using Samsung panels, these ones are no where near the quality of the Samsung own makes. After manufacturer the panels are soaked tested and the rejects end up in budget brands.

Back to these headphones, they are good for

I have both the cx300 and the creative 630's they do look the same on the outside, the Sennheisers sound much much better, with crisper bass and clearer midtone.

As these do not have the L shaped adapter, you could just use a craft knife to trim about 1mm from the plastic cover thing - I did this on mine and they work great in the iphone! :-D

Im forever breaking headphones and i usually buy expensive ones , so im going for these now as want mind if they break.

The wire on these sort of headphones snap quite easy so no point in getting really expensive ones.

Good man, it all counts...pays for my two M&S salads I bought today

The discounts we offer for items on our website do vary from time to time. I've checked your order and found that we now offer a greater discount on "Creative Labs EP-630/A Earphones" than at the time you placed your order.

We are happy to refund the price difference in cases where less than thirty days have passed between the date on which an order was dispatched and the time that an item is reduced in price on our site. Therefore I have requested a refund of 3.18 GBP to your payment card. This amount reflects the difference between the price you were charged and the current discounted price. The refund should appear as a credit on your next bank statement.

Tell me more.........

What part do i need to trim and u got any pics ??

Hated these earphones. Bought a pair a few months ago and returned them the same day.

The earphones kept falling out my ears, so be careful - it's not for everyone.

I did this even with my L shaped ear phones, around the area close to the metal conector just get a craft knife and shave back the sticky out bits that most earbuds have.

Disagree strongly. I also have both. The Sennheisers have a much clearer middle and treble but are noticeably lacking in the bass department, like other Sennheisers I have owned. The Creatives have a muddier sound but are better balanced for rock/pop as the bass is not struggling to make its presence felt over the middle and treble.

If your listening interests tend towards classical or folk, the Sennheisers should serve you well, otherwise the Creatives are the better bet, in my opinion.

Apart from that, the only thing these have in common is the earbud housing. The internal speakers and wiring are different. Neither is necessarily better quality than the other. Sometimes the price is not the best guide to that.

Go to amazon.co.uk/gp/…002

And click on 'Contact us' on the right. Then...click on the item you are on about and just explain there was a price drop in the last 30 days since you order and you want the difference refunded.

Done...don't bother writing war and peace - they get it all the time, so long as they know what you are on about you will be fine

I bought these for £6.99 or £7.99 from Amazon a few months ago. Not that impressed to be honest. The sound through one of the ear pieces comes and goes .. maybe I got a faulty pair? Can't be arsed returning them though.

Bought these a few months ago and happy to say they are the best pair of earphones I have owned. Admittedly I'm not a big spender when it comes to headphones, but I did own a pair of Sony Noise cancelling earphones and the creative in ear give a better quality sound in my opinion (disregarding the noise cancelling of course!)
Only downside of these earphones is that the seal that makes them so good can give you a slight feeling of 'airplane' type pressure in your ears.
Regardless of this they are excellent and I am off to buy a pair for my mum now.
Recommended.

Just ordered it couple of days back for £7.+ ... do I have chance to get a refund... and if yes.. how do I request one ? Never done before at Amazon... saw few replies backl.. quoting that users are eligible for refund if added recently? :?

Edit: Got it! hotukdeals.com/ite…=25 !!
