These seem to have bad reviews. Any ideas on these?
Pity they aren't IFTTT compatible as well.
Ordered worth a punt even just for security when I'm away

Yeh, the only reviews online are very negative. I'm going to give these a miss.
I've bought a couple of the magic blue Bluetooth ones from gearbest for about 6 quid each and they are fantastic. I've got two grouped together to control at the same time and have ordered another couple to use in other rooms separately.
Anyone got the app to work?

Same here. Those gearbest lights are great

Yep, installed (android), connected box to router, had a bit of trouble scanning the qr code on the underside of the box (was initially too close with the camera). They work quite well and its nice to turn down the brightness quite low. To get colour option just swipe right to left when in each group page.

What's the lights on the hub? The wireless one is off and network one is flashing. Trying to connect with iPhone

I have red for power and one blue for Ethernet connection. When box is connected the android application shows my criwi box as yellow, might take a second. Put bulb in, turned on switch and pressed the bulb+ icon and added to group 1, it flashed green 3 times and connected.
Sorry blue is the far left web icon. Not ethernet
I can connect to the hub but not the bulbs.

Think the box is extremely susceptible to interference, mine wasn't working until I moved it away from my router (connected still via a 5m network cable). With the box connected to your router you should at least be able to see the box wifi symbol light up when you press a command in the app (I had more luck using the criwi professional app rather then the regular app).
Mine have just arrived and I have set them up which was an easy enough process – really impressed with them thanks again O.P
I managed to get them all connected, I did think I had a dodgy bulb at first but now they're all working.
Be good to hear how you guys get on with this kit over the next few months.
too dull for me unless on white but functionality is great, so going to return unless someone inside m25 wants I can knock off 4 delivery (bayonet's)

One of my bulbs broke last night, so much for 20 year life span. Will be contacting argos for a refund.
Is there an alarm function to have a sunset alarm clock?

Shame the magic blue are not a higher wattage. ie for a front room. Any ideas?
I got two sets of these in the premium app you can add groups anyone had any luck adding bulbs to the new groups or adding more than four bulbs to a control box or does it look like I need two control boxes to run six bulbs

Doesnt add new bulbs to new custom groups, just the 4 default ones.
