Who are JTF? never heard of them.

why don't you post that deal on here with for more info instead of some BS comment that no one gets.

Bought two 5L's of Crown for decorating my new flat recently, had been using Homebase's own Home of Colour beforehand, it was working well. When I went to get big tin's of white paint, the Crown was only £1 dearer than HoC, so went for it. Took the second tin back today, it wasn't taking to my walls at all, just wanted to use it as a base coat, after two coats it was streaky everywhere still. Can't comment on their coloured paint, but would steer clear of the white, worth the extra £3 for the Dulux, maybe even Homebase own would be better.

There is a charity that sells mostly half used sometimes full time of paint of all sorts for £1 a litre if there in your area.

I am sorry for my BS comment then. But as we just redecorate quite whole house I am quite busy. Just checked deals and found this one which was same paint as we bought few days ago and wanted let people know that it is even cheaper somewhere else.. I dont think I deserve such comment for trying to help othesr. And my comment seems to be quite simple to me-what dont you get?

JTF is like really cheap warehouse-there is anything from cheap furniture, food, cleaning stuff-you never know what you find. There is one in Warrington-where I go. You will be able find more locations online I am sure.
Once you go in, you have to register and they give you this card you have to use every time you want to shop there. But it is all FREE. They post you leaflet every mont or so so you can see some of the Best deals they got each season.
If I would want to post all good deals from there I would spend hours writing it down-there is always to many..:-) Hope that will help. Have a great day!

JTF are like Costco, but with no membership fee and anyone can register - they 12 shops nationwide - in very random places. They have good offers, but overall less 'quality' items than Costco - more like a warehouse version of Home Bargains or B&M. You can find a link to their site here: jtfonline.com/

Generally they don't advertise their deals online and you can't buy online either. Once you've registered, they will send you their monthly flier. It's worth a trip if you're not too far away (for diy stuff in particular, but they also have some good deals on children's toys, such as Playmobil). Note: prices in the shop exclude VAT - just be aware.

True but that's what the deal is for.

Yes, and like I said if anyone would like white paint they can get a better deal at Aldi, I didn't have proof so I did not make a whole new thread just commented on this one. Also some times one must white wash walls before painting with colour.

You mean there's no white paint?? I need white under coat and gloss paint for skirtings and matt white emulsion for the walls and ceilings. I just spent 120 in wickes and they had no sale. I will be going back for refund and then go b&q
