Shame it's dual rank. Was after this but the single rank. Not sure if 2 different types of ram single + dual will work nicely together.
Anybody know if this would be compatible with an Acer One Revo RL85 mini PC?

According to camelcamelcamel, this was £31.99 12 months ago. Might be worth waiting until Boxing Day sales.

Maybe, but 12 months ago ram was cheaper.

So perhaps this is as deep a discount as there is likely to be given the current profit margin Amazon has.

Its not advised to have different ranked memory modules. why not buy 2 and sell the other with single rank.

Seen as though I have a single slot, i guess dual rank would make no difference if I am replacing my current 4gb module?

If you have only single slot, I don't think the dual rank will make any difference. However the memory size does make difference. as OP deal is 8 gb memory. so definitely improvement from 4gb memory as system will use less virtual memory.

Yeah, obviously, I want to be able to utilise more with regards to multitasking and my memory is always at 100% so it would certainly help I guess.
Thanks
