Both e-die so it shouldn't matter too much. In fact they are probably the same kit. I'd go for 3200 personally and just overclock it.

Ah right ok, so how much difference does the cl timing make or is it more about the mhz? thanks.

Both really. 3200 c15 vs 3000 c14 is very similar. 3200 c14 is best.
How do you identify e-die RAM?
Am I going to have issues with Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3000 Memory for the ryzen 3600?

Already got the ram a about 6 weeks ago for really cheap (£35) from a friend. I should be able to overclock it to 3200 or higher I hope to help.
I wonder if its worth doubling up and getting 32gb at this price or could I get a 32gb kit for cheaper? For 3000 series ryzen btw!
This is Single Rank and the Dual Rank is 82.99 Euros. I doubt the premium is worth it but what difference does single/dual rank actually make?
Is this the same as hotukdeals.com/dea…067

The colors are just for looks and do not reflect performance?
It's only £70 on Crucial UK site if you don't want to order it from Germany.
Before anyone gets too excited. I’d recommend waiting to see if Zen2 plays well with memory.
Especially on older boards. Zen was a nightmare, I know I was stuck at 2133Mhz for months. The BIOS are fine now but this jump might cause more issues again.

Thanks. So few % more on a premium rig and I guess any boost at the high end is premium priced rather than prorated.

3200mhz+ is recommended on all AMD boards. It helps the CPU massively. It's not a jump at all

I was meaning the jump in CPU performance and memory controller ability.
I really hope they have nailed it. Ryzen A’s original release was a train wreck. Coming from someone who has 2 Ryzen PCs and built one for my brother.

Yeah when they fist came out but it was soon sorted out.
Dont know why this is not getting more heat. Apparently these overclock quite nicely.

I have order some amazon.co.uk/gp/…J2/ (Trident Z) a few days ago but Amazon has not dispatched yet so very tempted to cancel them and get the Ballistix one. Opinions?

Some people see the price andjust think meh it's nothing special.

These ballistix kits remind me of the old samsung 30nm ddr3 wonder ram.

I've read for these Crucial sticks they should have AES in the model number. Once you have the ram you can check with Thaiphoon Burner.

That's nice to know, looks like this does have the AES in the number: BBLS2K8G4D32AESCK. Now I just need to look into buying a motherboard and CPU (probably MSI B450 Tomahawk + 3700X)
