Nice find dude, nice for those zen 2’s right?
Decent deal considering the current environment and shortages. Youve basically lost the RGB and its £3 more expensive compared to the price before CV19..
Have some heat for the price but where is the 3600 CL16 RGB/ARGB stuff? ICUE iworks well so where is the tight timing corsair vengance equiv?
nice, considering the cors is £4 less but much higher cas.. well worth getting this. for Zen 2

throwing terms about cas around and referencing other products like some gang isn't overly helpful.

Yep £115 from amazon, is quite steep for a kit of 16gb 3600mhz cl16 ram
You can get it in red as well, however black is not in stock
Seems a lot, it's out of stock at the moment, but you can get the 3200mhz version for £17 less at £75, and mine easily overclocked to the 3600mhz CL16; i've heard the micron e-die will pretty much overclock to the 3600mhz most of the time.
My ones 3000mhx c15 clock to 3800 c16 @1.44v

I have this exact kit with a 3700x. Got it at CL14 and runs great!

What mobo
Im looking to do my first PC build since 2016. Prices are so expensive nowadays to what they use to be. £93 for 16GB gez, 4 years ago I got 16GB (2x8) DDR3 2133 AMD R9 Gaming Series Ram for £44 off Amazon.

Only considered it because I got a New & Sealed Ryzen 5 1600X inside the box of something else from Amazon Warehouse, so though id keep that. Got a Wraith Spire for 6 quid from Overclockers, 32GB (2x16) DDR4 2600Mhz Kingston Ram for £58 off the amazon warehouse the other day and a MSI Bazooka B450 mobo for 60 as well "as new" and got the Sapphire Nitro RX470 8GB for £60 and RX580 4GB for £70 from Ebay last few weeks.

Will just keep the ssd & hardrive I got. Be nice upgrade from me from i5 3470 & 2GB DDR5 GTX750 Ti

I've picked up some good parts from Amazon warehouse for my build. They seem to add stock all the time.
I bought the RGB version a couple of months ago. I can confirm it works fine with Asus ROG Strix X570 E-Gaming MB even if it's not on the QVL. Really good value and quality for the price
I got my own special stock of 4000mhz cl9 ddr4 memory gold heatsinks custom made for my rig, cost a pretty penny but was worth it.

Reasonable deal given that 3600 C16 is hard to come by. Warning to those with Gigabyte X470 boards (maybe it was just my board, could affect other chipsets too) I couldn't get any Crucial RAM to run stable at XMP or using settings from Ryzen Memory tool (tried 3 kits at different ratings) eventually settled on some Kingston HyperX and was able to run it over it's rated speed without issues.

Not sure why my board hated Micron so much as I've used Crucial sticks for years with other boards and laptops without issues.
I just got the 32GB version of this delivered today for my R5 3600 build. Looks like good stuff and at the time it was only in stock at amazon even crucial store was out of stock.

Just curious, why would you paid 32gb of ram with a 3600?

i wanted to be able to run several virtual machines / docker containers. so lots of ram, and the 6 cores helps. It's running pretty sweet so far and £180 seemed like an ok price to pay for 32GB of 3600 DDR4.
