3200MHz is a good speed for anyone looking to build their own Ryzen setup, XMP should be fully compatible with Ryzen Gen 3. Also a good choice for Intel builds too, but have a look at some of those Ryzen deals first!

Different speeds available including 2400MHz, 3000MHz, and 3200MHz for Desktop RAM, and 2666MHz for DDR4 Laptop RAM!

Prices ranging from £25.49 to £120!
Just saw this. Looks a pretty good deal for a ryzen set up. Very tempted!
n00b here. I currently have 1x8GB ram, can I just uplug that, buy this and put these 2 in?

Yes, that would be the easiest thing to do.

You could also buy 1x8GB of RAM that matches what you currently have as a cheaper alternative (best choice is identical brand and model, otherwise the same speed and timing e.g. CL16).

Usually kits sold as 2 sticks such as one in this deal are tested to make sure they are compatible with one another, as you can have issues even between the exact same model (although this is EXTREMELY rare!)

If you already have a good 1x8GB stick, I would recommend just getting another to save a bit of money; Otherwise if it's just a budget choice this deal is a great upgrade!

Thanks you very much!
I have 1 stick of 8gb 1rx8 pc4-2400t-ua2-11, how does this compare to 1 stick of this ?
Bought the grey colour a couple of days ago for £50.99.
It seems like much better quality ram than the "Corsair Vengeance LPX 3000Mhz" I bought a couple of weeks ago (according to Ryzen DRAM calculator).

Should be a big upgrade, double the capacity (8GB -> 16GB) as well as a considerate jump in speed (2400MHz -> 3200MHz). Extra capacity will definitely be noticeable, higher speed can give a performance boost in some programs/games and a general boost to AMD Ryzen CPU performance!

Great so is 1 stick of the 8gb better than this ?

Yes, might not be as noticeable though. Doubling your RAM to 16GB will have more effect. Also note that having two-sticks of RAM enables dual-channel memory bandwidth (little effect to gaming performance, more significant for rendering etc).
There won't be a speed increase will there? Don't they both operate at the minimum spec?? But the 8-16 obviously will have some effect??

If I was to double up on the ram I already have would it do the same effect or would this be a lot better to do ?

You would get most of the benefit from doing that, yes
