No, this is DDR4 memory, you have DDR3. That's what my laptop has too and I'm looking for Crucial DDR3 to add, if/when it comes at a good deal price.

I've current got 2x4GB so am looking for 2x8GB as only have two slots. It's not essential for me, though, so I will sit it out until it's cheap enough to be irresistible. Which may not actually ever happen.

I may be wrong but it may not be physically possible to fit this in the 204pin connector you have.

Edit: this ram has 260pins so it will not fit

I presume the memory has to be equal in each bay? There’s some not known brands going on eBay for 1 stick of 4gb for 13.99? I might go with that? Unless you are selling some??

Conventional wisdom says it should be equal but I've had unequal memory sizes and had no problems but there's no guarantee.

You're not even near that problem here. As @Alllfff says, you can't install this anyway, it physically won't fit.

Depends on your motherboard's max...maybe you can run 4 and 16...or maybe only 4 and 4....

There's also the added complication of which version of Windows someone may have. The 32-bit versions are limited to 4GB anyway.
