Looks like it has a slot for it just below the processor socket, and another bottom right.

The description for the motherboard says it has two Ultra m.2 sockets, so yes it should. But, as ever with building PCs, it's always worth doing a Google search along the lines of "ASROCK B250M m.2 problems" and see if there are any issues reported by users in the forums. Things don't always work the way specs suggest they should.
