These prices, bought 750gb last year for £105 on Amazon black Friday. Well, atleast we are not in EU 😋😋😋
Thought this was very good, until amazon alerted me to the fact I paid £75 in nov 2016
Had my aye on this .. BUT this could go cheaper as the new Mx500 has started to trickle out , only 1tb so far, but same price as equiv mx300 ...
But sometimes things go up in price as they go out of stock , throw the dice, seven or 11 for a real big prize...

Nice!
Very good, planning on putting one in my laptop the minute the warranty is up. I would do it now but John Lewis and dell inform me if I do my 3 year warranty ends.

Sadly the dollar is up against the pound and the rising price of memory chips, forces prices to rise.
Probably be better to spend another £10 and get the Sandisk 3D (latest model) for £125.99 (500GB) @amazon.salesteam

You paid too much then.

I'm still working flawlessly.

Super hot deal OP, thanks.

not bad. I bought this drive for my work laptop and it dramatically improved the performance of my Dell laptop.
Heat from me. Bought this for 118 on Black Friday...
Heat. Any good for a ps4?

Total waste of money, especially if used as a internal drive! Why! Google it
I'll give you heat, as not only is it a good price, but it's your first (it's also Christmas!), however this really should be cheaper by now - I bought this model back in October for around £100!

Thanks to the pound being so weak post EU referendum the 525GB is now more expensive than the 750 was..... luckily got the 750 last year.

You pay 10% more for 5% less storage space on a drive that may perform better on benchmarks but will it make any difference in real life?

Or just wait for the price to drop again. Set a camelcamel alert for £80.
How about forward in time? Serious question... What is the likelihood of these dropping next year? I need one but not desperately. Are ssd prices going up or down? Or hard to predict ATM?
Going to wait till boxing day sales, expecting a little bit more off from Amazon then

Really?? I wasn't aware of that!?! Surely they can't stop you putting extra memory or drives in??
I bought a dvd writer for my pc back in 1997. Cost me 200 quid! Oh for a time machine... :D.

To be fair I was quite popular and got a lot of requests to write people's DVDs for them...
In todays market this is a good deal, so heat added. I bought the 750 version of this in 2016 and it's still working flawlessly in my Windows Desktop. I had real problems with it however when trying to dual boot Windows with Linux from it. I never got to the bottom of why. In the end I put the Linux install on a Sandisk SSD and choose between them at boot time and all was well.
525gb? That’s unusual. 500gb, 512gb, that’s fine. But 525gb? You’re playing with my emotions.

MX500 is around now so these could get more discount or they will just vanish once all stock is gone.

How would the tell, unless Dell have stuck stickers over the screw holes then they have no way to tell, installing a SSD is a none destructive action.

Not sure if I could do it without leaving any trace. It's this one

Sill haven't bought even @£110 ..

"Donw to the use of 3D TLC NAND and the over / under provision used10 ."
No its down to the die size .. everyone else uses 256gbit/512gbit chips x8,16.x32, but Micron use 384Gbit chips , so they try to get close to std sizes, by using overprovisiong and giving extra space...which is good ..
Now £4.99 cheaper! I managed to cancel and reorder with same Wednesday delivery
