I'd probably recommend going through Amazon mainly for their customer service if there's any issues, but still a good price here so giving heat.
LaptopsDirect customer service is fine and just as good as Amazons IMO.

Plus, they are local to me
I Love my MX500. The windows log in screen is there the moment I switch on my computer. Its like having a tablet.

I have 3 other SSDs and although there is not much between the others, including the M500, this one is so much snappier.
I bought it from Amazon for £109.99 when they gave £10 free voucher. So good price.

Totally worth it. I'd also recommend Amazon for any after sales concerns.
Good price. Just be careful ordering from this site , ordered stuff from them before only to receive an e-mail saying they're OOS.
Also their customer service is shockingly bad. Order with Amazon and save yourself a headache.
Gone back to mech for my workhorse PC.
Only bitcomet flagged a prob with a previous ssd. Checkdisk passed no probs. Some ssd health check soft gave full health. Bitcomet kept showing probs. Then PC got slow. Checkdisk still showed 0 probs. Then ssd totally died. Couldn't access evev in ext drive case.

Why Karma?
This person only gave their experience with SSD.
I have the 250GB Model of this drive in my Server.
I'm having an issue where my server software keeps flagging pending sectors up. They dissapear after a while and are no longer pending but it's happened a few times. I never had this issue with my Samsung.
I'm going to try send it back but the SMART data is completely fine so they likely wont take a replacement.

I was even trying to go one further and (if my experience is shows what I think it shows) to give a heads up to the idea your std disk checking soft may miss the beginnings of a complete failure.

As it was afa Karma goes I saw the cyclic redundancy errors and backed everything up and regularly after that. I did lose some things but only a fraction of what I had. Back on a fresh install on mech and I have DL 54G in a few days and I'm no longer bothered about wear leveling and such. SSD's are great as a boot but in a laptop with one drive - not so good if you are a heavy user. IMO.
...SSD's for me - backups or buy two and Mirror/RAID them
