Just like the P3, this doesn't have DRAM and it uses QLC, it's a pretty basic NVMe that will absolutely bog down all the way to HDD speeds (<100MB/s) if you start filling it up and/or hammer it with writes.
Personally I'd avoid the P3/P3 Plus and get the WD SN570 instead, that one is a much better drive since it uses TLC NAND.

Better off chucking £15-20 towards a KC3000 one of the best on the market, also can be had for £140 if you know.
