Yes, but can this Crysis run Crysis?

I imagine the staff at Crytek amidst the 'but will it run Crysis?' era never ever expected it to run on a Nintendo handheld.

Alas we are truly living in the future!

I don't understand porting all these titles to switch, so that switch owners could play them with 30 frames per minute.
Personally, I bought switch just for mario games and have not used it for anything else. Even mario rabbits was not a very smooth experience, hence I don't understand demand for AAA ports.
Probably even a phone is more powerful than switch these days...

    Absolutely.
I briefly picked up Doom and that was an absolute blur fest. It was swiftly sold on.

The Tegra X1 that powers the switch was 2 year old tech when the switch launched in 2017 🤦🏻‍♂️

That's what I hate about Nintendo. They never prioritise hardware specs.

Crysis? On the Switch? My i7 137000, 32gs 3090OC can barely run this.

    Looks pretty incredible to me

I'm not sure what everyones problem is with this, I picked it up last night and i think it runs really well. Now i'm no PC gaming elitest or purist who needs everything to have insanely high frames but I think its a good price for three good games. It's ironic that everyone here seems to know what Nintendo are doing wrong, when Nintendo are one of few console manufacturers who have sustained success over decades. (edited)

Mate Nintendo are like apple more than ever now... their console can barely run anything and now the steam deck is out there's no need for the switch... you can emulate switch games on it and they run better half the time! It's only gonna get easier and easier.

5 quid games are 30 on the switch or even free half the time lol... steam deck variants are popping up all over too!

They sustain coz they scam the blind loyalists out of their money! My son has 2 switches and doesn't bother with any of them until going abroad... ps5 is just better for your money all round
