I tried to go through TopCashBack as well and it shows £11.40 as a pending discount. CSSC membership does cost but it does pay for itself. Totally worth it. Oh, and you can use yo… Read more

A good deal if you're already an CSSC member. Probably not worth joining just as a deals membership. Definitely worth it as a gym membership though. I pay something stupid like £9 for access to the gym and pool at work.

James_Nash

I have both and tend to use CSSC more for cashback and offers, both have real benefits though! One of the few benefits we get!

Bushes

Been a CSSC member for well over 10 years, has more than paid for itself with half price cinema tickets and free access to English Heritage sites. Also use the free tastecard and discounted gym membership.

Stitch123

Thanks. That's what I was trying to find out as I couldn't find the specific price on the Blue Light Card website.

rporteo

Blue light card is £165 for unlimited cinema

Sorry another question. Do you think CSSC or Kidspass will be the cheaper option to buy Odeon Limitless?

flykiller123

Thanks for speedy reply mate. Shame . Great offer all the same.

81maeve_

Odeon Limitless is £140 but unfortunately it doesn't include Central London cinemas. Excluded cinemas are: Leicester Square Leicester Square Studios Panton Street Covent Garden Tottenham Court Road Marble Arch Whiteleys and Camden BFI IMAX and The Lounge at Whiteleys are not included.

flykiller123

Does the CSSC offer any Cinema yearly passes? eg Odeon Limitless. If so how much for the one which includes London area. thanks in advance

Baldy1972

Hi all would be eternally greatful if someone could refer me please

jcf-kiwi

I would be grateful for a recommendation so that I can become a linked member. Thanks in advance!

luvclub

Please, i will also be grateful for a recommendation to become a Linked Member. Will be great to take the wife and children to Stonehenge as the CSSC membership itself is less than the ticket price for the whole family. Thanks in advance. 04/01/09 Update - I've been offered a referral already. Thanks again to that kind person.

siscor

Any can send me a recommendation so I can join CSSC ?

How can I find out if there’ll be a free local gym membership before I start paying? :)

srp111

I've refered the maximum amount. Sorry. You are best pm anyone on the thread who says they are a member

spd.x.2

Is there anyone that could refer me please? I asked on the old thread but got no responses. Thanks.

DealKing23

I joined recently and i just used a gmail email address and it worked! I also spoke to someone from the webteam to talk about the offers and they mentioned that on April 1st-3rd they were having technical difficulties with their email lookup system so it wasn't accepting any emails.

happyduck

HASSRA no longer have free English Heritage membership, there are lots of other local & national perks to being in CSSC. Many civil servants are in both CSSC as well as HASSRA / RCSL as they can all be value for money :-)

I've never used any rebate. Sorry. I use for English heritage. Welsh cadw and royal houses in london. Easily get my money's worth that way. Also don't forget the taste card. (strong)

colourpie

Old thread but it seems to be active still. Are there any experts on how this all works? I've a legit way in as my wife works for the local authority, so I went ahead and signed her up mainly for the English Heritage entry. Through google I find a potential rebate for National Trust entry costs or a discount on membership, but it's inside some other area section. If I'm in Surrey (which seems to be in the London area) can I use a rebate that seems to be from Cambs or somewhere else? It requires mailing in receipts to a real person to deal with it, who may be annoyed that an 'outsider' is trying it on.
