Cube Attain GTC Pro Disc 2017 Carbon Road Bike Grey £1069.99 @ Rutland

Just bought one of these in size 58. Not a bad price for a carbon frame, hydraulic brakes and 105 groupset.

TCB 3.15%
Quidco 3%

Was £1698. 53, 56, 58, 60cm available at time of posting.

Not super light (around 9kg depending on size) but then, neither am I! Frame is less than 1kg though so you could change out wheels and other bits over time if you're so inclined.

Cube used to be decent bikes but think that was in the past.
Nice bike...shame it's a tad over the ride to work scheme

You should be able to use a cycle to work voucher and pay the extra.
Be a nice looking bike without all the green bits.
At 6ft 1,What size the 58 or 60 ?, Heard the sizing quite small on these,

I'm 6ft exactly and got the 58 and it's fairly big but I wouldn't have gone any smaller. Looking at the size chart on Rutland you're between 58 & 60, all depends on arm and leg length though rather than total size. Full geometry on the Cube website though.

I'm the same height, I ride a different bike and it's a 56cm. I've had a look at the geometry compared to my bike. I always recommend the smaller of the two if you're between sizes. You'd feel too cramped on a 56cm version of this bike. It's likely you will have the seatpost at near the maximum on a 58cm, as I have with my 56cm, assuming a similar inseam. It's also likely you'd be ok with either 58 or 60, but 58 is easier to make fit if it isn't perfect.

The above is only an opinion. My advice is find a local bike shop that has this bike, or one with similar geometry, and try a few sizes.

Weren't they in the Tour De France last year? Not that these are the same bikes mind. My mate bought that stunning C68 SL Cube Lightning in powder blue with orange accents last year, and a set of £900 Cosmos to go with it. Awesome piece of kit
So glad my size has sold out.
RS505 is not a great set of brakes. I think I'd rather have a top end set of mechanical disc brakes for the easiest of maintenance and setup.
Dont know what the tyre clearance is on these. Doesn't look like much. Would be nice to be able to run 42mm on a 650b wheel. Would make it a truly universal bike.

I’ve just bought the attain SL disc (same geometry). I’m 6’3” and 58cm was right for me. I’d recommend going to a shop to sit on one

I almost bought this on C2W but Rutland add 11% to sale bikes, so decided it wasn’t worth it for commuting - the alloy frame SL disc with same groupset was better value for £900!

Do not use if you go through TCB or Quidco as it will probably invalidate your cashback..

I didn't know you were permitted to do that
