I had a Cubot GT99 - GR8 phone. HEAT.

Sorry, but this is a lucky packet phone
I've been using the X15 (5.5" screen) for a couple of weeks now and am well pleased. I paid extra to buy from Amazon as I'm very picky, and wanted to be able to return without hassle. But it's a keeper.

Good phones and shoving it to apple and samsung. HOT!
Why no mention of VAT & Royal Mail charge? Another £28 on top. You may be lucky and not get charged, but it is pure luck. If anything goes wrong with it it will cost £70+ to return tracked and insured. No UK or EU legislation on warranty on anything from Gearbest China, and probably none on the EU 'warehouse' sales.

You don't seem to understand what stalking is. You just happened to pop up on yet another post moaning about a deal when you don't make any contributions yourself and I called you out on it. It's not like I actually look for the drivel you post.

I did the very same. Can be bought cheaper, but bought with Amazon, in case it wasn't as good as I hoped. Have had for a couple months now, and it is a great phone. The only slight negatives for me are, no back lit buttons at the bottom, and camera is a little disappointing. Would definitely recommend, and the X17 looks even better.

Of course not. You just 'happened' to see my comment.

Is it a requirement to post a deal? No. Did I contribute? Yes. Buying from China has a risk, pointing that out is moaning? Reminding folk that an item could cost 30% more than stated is drivel? Strange person.

You've not stalked me for a while, carer not let you near a computer? Nurse!!!!

Wow! Now the suggestion that I might have a mental issue as an insult, what a guy.

Yet you haven't made comment on the two posters above who chose to buy from Amazon to avoid the issues I raised. Drivel? Moaning?

Your actions suggest you have problems. Stop fixating on me and leave me alone. Creepy. I'm over 16 by the way.

Right so I am the one with the problems, yet you have taken it upon you unprovoked to call me mental, and a sex offender. Oh dear. Post a deal.

If it annoys you so much, I will make it my mission to post on every mobile deal. Just for you Rolf.

You have really lost it now! It's a deal site - why not put your money where your not inconsiderable mouth is rather than throwing out insults?

I commented that you have never posted a deal (fact) and that you are negative about other people's deals (fact). You might be insulted by those facts but that says more about you than anything else. You then just start throwing around the best random insults you can find (stalker, mental, sex offender - great work). If I was you, I would find an awesome deal and post it. That would really shut me up, none of the other stuff bothers me due to its entirely juvenile, pathetic nature.

Yawn. So are you saying my comments on the deal are incorrect? In what way? Please enlighten me.

No one else has chosen to stalk my comments.

I didn't say they were incorrect, I said they were negative. It seems you do struggle with language issues as well as anger management. I will try to use more basic language in the future, apologies it has been difficult for you.

You said bad things about the deal. I would like it if you could post a deal. This is because you seem to know a lot of things and because of that you might well have good deals to post. Most of this is one syllable, so I hope you understand.

Why no mention that you're a ****? What's any of this got to do with the deal?
I've just sent one of these back, There's something in the firmware that stops it connecting GPRS, 3G or 4G on Voda, o2, Tesco or Tmobile. Couldn't try other networks. Nice phone, sadly doesn't work in the uk for data so utterly usless.

Because if it could add 30% to the price it means isn't a 'deal'. Amazon £125 http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B017OTIEZW?keywords=cubot%20x17&qid=1453474008&ref_=sr_1_3&sr=8-3

Some folk may not know that there are charges on top & cost of returns if needed.

Almost every item on Gear Best is cheaper before VAT and customs charge, why not post the lot up?

'You said bad things about the deal', ffs grow up. You state I am not incorrect in what I posted. My crime is I haven't posted a deal.

Depends what perspective you look at it from. Casual users may not realise there are extra charges on the one posted. When postage is missed off posts, everyone jumps in to point it out. Negative?

Highlighting the cost of returns is negative? jeez.
Buy a Chinese phone guys, I mean, come in, their stock markets going to s%%t so we' d netter help before the knock on effect takes us all out (financially). Its just the good-old Blair days, when we were told to keep on getting credit or the nonexistent British economy would collapse. So, go on, grab yourself one with specs to match a triple-the-price, rip-off Britain hand-set. And yes, why don't you miserable negative-comment-on-anyone-posting-a-Cinese-smartphone go and research a genuinely useful posting. Facts are facts: Don't comment unless you have them.

To China or the UK? How much did it cost if China? Ta.
It was from an ali express seller with stock in the uk. Think I paid £115. its usually about £20 to send something back to china tracked. I've sent a few bits and bobs back takes a while but gets there eventually.

What you are doing is speculating negatively about things you have no experience of. You could have posted a deal instead, go on, post one. You clearly are an expert on such matters so I am really hopeful of some bargains from you. Go on.

May I say something that's more relevant to the OP?

Ordered this from Gearbest on 19/12/2015. Tracking info wasn't given to me until about a week later. Item arrived in the UK on 30/12/2015. Arrived at Waltham Cross service centre on 04/12/2016 and it is STILL there. Don't think I'll ever receive it so managed to get my money back from PayPal.

Be prepared to go through some hustle if you want to save a few quid. Otherwise, spend a bit more and get it from UK. Peace of mind may well be worth it.
