I know this was listed a few weeks ago for £20 but I've just been looking on amazon and found it has been made even cheaper. With amazon prime It's now £18.99 curver 40litre metal effect one touch bin. Delivered with free prime next day delivery
Clicky here to go direct to all the info and the amazon page :-)

there is also ONE available on the warehouse deals section for £18.04. If you want to look at that Here's the link for that too.

ps this is not a deck bin as one of the mods edited it to say deck instead of deco lol

can't see what the latch is like on this.
I bought two from Dunelm a couple of years ago with push button lids but both broke, rendering both useless and I've just had to jerry fix them so I can lift the lids. They were bl00dy expensive too.
I notice the Brabantia ones (although expensive) have replaceable 'cartridge' style catches on the lids but not sure if the ones in the OP do.

Have you looked at the pictures on the side of the amazon page? A couple of them show the lid open and closed.. I haven't bought one so I can't give you more information really. I know amazon do free returns and refunds. I have a curver washbasket which is great but I'm unsure myself of a push button too bin due to what you said. I like the brabantia ones too although too expensive for my budget at the moment

yeah, I zoomed in on the pics but still inconclusive!
I have this but not very happy with the latch as they are very temperamental after a few months. They look nice but a bit impractical as the mouth has a rim which makes it hard to get the rubbish out unless u empty it before it is actually full.
Yep, they have fragile, temperamental catches. I bought one in April which broke last week. I've bought another and have sent the other back for a refund.

The whole top flips up and the bag holder rim comes off, though? I've never had a problem with ours.

Almost 2 years now and no problems with the latch or anything else.
