It looks like a solid bin but it isn't and actually weighs like a feather as it's all plastic. I had one before and remember the countless times I had to pick it up after tipping it over from a nudge and it's not easy to get the bag out either with the suction. Basically, it fits the does the job category and looking nice from far but look elsewhere if you want quality.

I got the smaller version which doesn't tip but yeah, the build quality is quite cheap but at least it looks nice. Got the bucket version which makes it easy to remove the bag liner. For £15, that isn't too bad IMO.

good bin, we have it.
I've had one for over 3 years and it is still going strong. Yes it is made from plastic but I have never tipped it over and the insert to keep the plastic bag in place is very handy, the only time I have trouble getting the bag out is if I have over filled it!

Being plastic it is easy to clean and does not show fingermarks, also the back is flat, so it fits well against a wall or kitchen unit.

Every one is different but I would recommend it without hesitation, especially at this price, I paid £20 instead of £25 at the time.

I paid £30 the other day
I bought this bin fairly recently. Like other commenters have said, it's plastic with a metal look. The press to open lid works great. It's actually better quality than I expected for the money.
I’ve got one of these, it looks good and mine hasn’t tipped and the bag is easy to get out. I also bought it for £15 from Asda, well worth the money!
