It's not gonna be like as good as an iPad or a Nexus etc but it's cheap as chips!

Super-fast quad-core processor
Runs Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean
Potential memory of 32GB
Ideal for new tablet users
12-month warranty

This Cyclone Explorer 7” Tablet is a perfect introduction to the tablet market as it boasts many features similar to those of higher end devices by the likes of Apple, Samsung and Sony. It runs the Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system and as such it has access to thousands of incredible apps on the Google Play Store.

As it does have access to the Play Store, you can watch videos on YouTube on the BBC iPlayer, play games like Angry Birds and of course watch all of your favourite movies. It’s a versatile device with a pleasant design and it’s incredibly simple and easy to use, so it’s ideal for children or those new to the tablet market.

Coming out of the box the tablet has 4GB of memory but it has an SD card slot with up to 32GB of extra room available, which is plenty for storing music, videos and apps. Its 7 inch screen is both vibrant and responsive and really brings the colours out quite nicely but the best part is the price, which is a steal at £26.99. That’s 75% off the original price of £99.00!

This is a customer return. Can be had new for £39.99.. has 512mb RAM and a disgusting screen. Waste of money imo

Quad core GPU only isn't it?

Allwinner A13 (single core CPU) according to Google.

would be ideal i think for my 2yr old to play games

It will be the Mali GPU that's quad core.

I paid £26 for one of these from China, nearly two years ago now.

They're not actually all that terrible -- you can run CM10 on them for example, and mine has actually held up reliability-wise.

Would I pay £40 for a used one, in 2014? Not really. Times have moved on, and you can now buy an A31s from China (which actually is a quad core) with 1280x800 screen, 1GB RAM and KitKat for the same money.

Which is exactly what I have done, as a remote control/Chromecast chuckabout tab.

Not too bad price ,but I would recommend against any cheap tablets, especially for new users as it is a bad advert for tablets as a whole , I have used a cheap one like this a nexus 7 a bb playbook, nook hd and a Asus memo pad hd and it is really worth going for at least the £100 mark as the difference is huge ,although if you don't care about apps I would look for a refurbished playbook as its an exelent tablet and can be found for as little as £50 or under

Buy your 2 year old something worth while. Something that actually works.

You'll have to take my word for this, that this tablet was £41 only a week ago, but still, even at £52 this is bargainous.

Don't know right now, I don't follow stock lvls but if you keep an eye on this site they have come up several times (a quick search of this site and there has been 3 sub £50 deals in 3 months)and even a 64gb version only goes for about £60 ....
I did love my playbook and the only other tablet I have used that beat/came close was a nexus 7 ,all the others (nook HD ,Asus memo HD and a £40 novatech thing) have been frustrating laggy os and in the case of the novatech one nearly unusable
