I want to buy it, because it looks cool!

Whats this new trend of making routers look ridiculous?

Would this be a good replacement for my aging BT hub 5 or would the Hub 6 be better?

Great time to buy D-Link...

D-Link busted for inadequate security by FTC

That's one ugly ****

Not enough antennas ...

anyone has one to give some feedback? (apart from the bright ones who had their say already)
Seems a good saving comparing to other retailers
or any suggestion in the similar price bracket

I've got a d-link AC router (not this one an older cylindrical one) until i read today about D-Link and the FTC was reasonably happy with it!

I can't see much else at that price range offering 1750 wireless, seems a good deal to me

No. You need a combined modem router. This is a router only.
I would suggest a HH6 or something like a Netgear D6400, but it all depends what your budget is, what features are important to you, how many devices connecting etc.

Showing as £75.99 now.

You have to apply the voucher code to £11 off so goes down to the correct price.

I want a modem better than my Super Hub 2, always cuts off wifi and can't connect until I restart, will this do the job?!

An empty can of Coke with 2 elastic bands & a pencil will do a better job than the Superhub 1/2/3

D-Link stuff always used to be horrendous.. Don't know if it's improved any in recent years.

I am sure that this router is compatible with dd-wrt, so that would get around the security issues.

You still use the 'super'hub as a modem and then connect this so that this would give the wifi signal but the hub would be the connection to the Internet coming into the house.

If you need a usb port on your router you will be disappointed as it doesn't have one. Apart from that it has some fairly good reviews. Personally I don't like D-link and would probably go for the Asus deal at Currys or wait until the Netgear Nighthawk 7000 comes back down in price again.

I have Virgin media hub 2, could I connect this to it so I can use both ethernet connection and WiFi at same time?? sorry totally clueless!

Would anyone know if this router or the ASUS RT-N66U would have the better range coverage? I need it to cover a rather large house (not mine).

Yes, you put the superhub into modem mode and connect it to the wan port on this router
Very simple process, just Google the step by step method

Could you recommend a modem/ router in the £30s approx. Not that bothered re. extra features and max devices is probably under 10. Cheers

That depends on who is your broadband provider and do you have Adsl or fibre?

TBH £30 isn't going to get you a fibre modem/ router with AC wifi, unless you can pick up a second hand bargain on ebay.

This is the cheapest one I could find at £40...

Yup, Put your superhub into modem mode. Then plug a cable from the superhub into this new router and off you go!
