Yes, followed by a heart attack. Have you looked at the amount of saturated fats in these? They are off the scale.

LOL. Maybe I did overreact, but it was based on personal experience.

Twelve months ago, my cholestorol was off the chart, I gave up butter and Dairylea - my two favourite breakfast items - and within six months it was down to a normal level. My doctor wanted to put me on statins, I'm glad I resisted his sugguestion.

There are far too many people taking unnecessary drugs, when altering their diet could work just as well without the side-effects of the drugs.

But this is all so true. People do not talk about dying, even though it's guaranteed to happen, and diet affects the date of death.
