A triple-bill of espionage action films starring Daniel Craig as the latest incarnation of James Bond, special agent and international man of mystery and intrigue.

Casino Royale (2006), is the first Bond film in many years to be based on one of the original Ian Fleming books. Bond is in Montenegro at a highly exclusive casino where Le Chiffre (Mads Mikkelsen) a moneyman for an international terrorist group, is raising funds for their misdeeds through high-stakes gambling. 007 must infiltrate the group and ultimately defeat the rogue player, both on and off the tables.

In the follow-up 'Quantum of Solace' (2008), after being betrayed by Vesper in Casino Royale, Bond (Craig) turns his sights on those who controlled her. Interrogating Mr White (Jesper Christensen), Bond discovers that the shadowy organisation responsible for blackmailing Vesper is a lot more powerful and dangerous than he ever imagined. Tracing a link to Hawaii, Bond soon crosses paths with Ukrainian beauty Camille (Olga Kurylenko) who leads him to megalomaniacal businessman Dominic Greene (Mathieu Amalric), head of the organisation known simply as Quantum.

Finally, in 'Skyfall' (2012), Bond's loyalty to M (Judi Dench) is tested as her past comes back to haunt her, and Bond's own doubts about his life and livelihood start to creep in. As MI6 comes under attack and Bond is sent to Shanghai to investigate, he must keep his focus on tracking down and destroying the threat - no matter how high the personal cost. Ralph Fiennes, Javier Bardem and Albert Finney co-star.

Rumors are 4k version in October/November so holding off for that. Good deal though.
Skyfall and Spectre are my fave
Jeez I thought it was a suit deal for a mo
would have looked good in that for £3.50
They're showing the Bond films on ITV2 everyday around 8 p.m.. Casino Royale was on yesterday and Quantum of Solace is on today! Hope this helps those Bond fans
Good deal for Casino Royale and Sky fall, Quantum of Solace however I'm firmly in the "they'd have to pay me" to watch it again camp. Dreadful.

Never watch films on ITV. They snip bits from the films and the ads ruin the experience.

Casino royale was good. Other than that I'm not a fan. Too serious, too generic for me. the old bond films had something different about them, these are no different to any other action movie

Yep, you can't watch anything pre-watershed anymore, everything's being edited for <current year> sensitivities. Back to the Future, Simpsons episodes, nothing seems to be safe.
Skyfall was good but I preferred the Brosnan films.
I got this used box set for £1.25 from MusicMagpie post free, though not blu-ray. This CEX deal is good though certainly a used set for £3.50 and they usually charge £1.50 for postage per item so this posting is not accurate. Price should be £5 and should be marked as used not new.

It is accurate because:
1. CEX only sell secondhand items
2. It's available in store so postage isnt mandatory.
Casino Royale and Spectre classics? I can see Casino Royale but Spectre? That's meh at best.

Skyfall not Spectre. Craig has done 4 so far.

Goldeneye is priceless but I hate the other ones he was in, esp Die Another Day. Utter lunacy.
After watching Brosnan and Dalton efforts recently... Craig Bonds are far superior

Not if you pick up in store

Sorry silly question, can you do click and collect? When ordering online it adds £1.50 postage
...Spectre is also an iffy

That's ok.

I purchased things from Cex by going to the store in stock and asking the staff for the item.

If you can find it in the shelf you can pick it up directly to save them time.

Usually best to check store stock when you enter to ensure its there and nobody else has purchased it online. But they usually dispatch online stuff late in the afternoon so you should be good even so.

Wait what? You miss the cheesy lines and silly plots? The old ones feel like high budget parodies of what spy movies are supposed to be compared to the daniel craig ones.

Casino Royale was excellent, and I rate Daniel Craig as bond, but QoS and Skyfall were (imo) boring and uninspired.
I haven't see any of them since Skyfall.

Casino Royale trumps whatever you think is the best film.
If Daniel Craig couldn't give a toss, why should I.

New one sounds pretty good to me. Quantum of Solace was poor but I enjoyed the rest.

The way I read the 'just wait' comment was, there'll be worse than these produced in the future.
